Never use this company!

Absolute scam. Didn't respond to any emails or messages through the website. Im now proceeding to gain a refund through Paypal as Trendidol couldn't arrange a pi** up in a brewery, let alone deliver a dress. Very disappointing

DO NOT order from this website. It is 100% a scam and a waste of your time. I ordered an item and was told I would get an email confirmation, I got nothing. Tried to use their useless shipping tracker which forever said that my item was getting ready to be shipped... even 6 weeks after I had ordered. I emailed this company multiple times and even tried to contact them through their website, I got no response. Did some research and found these reviews and my friend did a google image search of the item they bought and found it on a foreign Chinese website for 10$... they were charged more than 50$ for it. After all this I had to make a PayPal claim because there was no way in hell I was going to support this “company” (if you can even call them that) or their disgusting and pathetic business practices. I ended up getting a full refund and never one got a reply to anything. This is 100% a scam, you’ll either never get your items, if you do they’ll be poor quality and the wrong size (good luck getting a refund when it comes to that point). DO NOT give them your money, stay far far away. This website is criminal and I have no idea how it’s still up.

Boy, do I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with this company! I ordered a pair of boots in November, 2017, as a Christmas present for my daughter, because she really liked the style. Four weeks later they finally arrived. They were very cheaply made, and the sizing was very, very small. There was no invoice or return instructions included, so I contacted customer service to ask for directions on returning the boots. A week later someone responded and gave me an address in Egypt to return the boots. I mailed them the first week of January, and requested a refund. The postage cost $23.00. After a month I still didn't hear anything, so I sent another email to customer service. No response. Now another month has gone by and still no response, so I have sent yet another email. I don't know how a crooked company like this can stay in business!!!
I have lost the cost of the boots, which was almost $100.00, plus the $23.00 postage. What a rip-off!!! This really makes me angry.

A terrible scam of a company!
I wish I had read the reviews online before ordering. I ordered something back in December and still haven't received it. I emailed, since their website says they respond within 24 hours, but still haven't heard anything. I've now lodged a complaint via PayPal.

Please do not order from this site until you have read the reviews!
Website says up to 6 weeks for orders, I emailed asking how long my order would be and all my emails were ignored.
6 weeks passed, no order delivered. set up a PayPal dispute and they replied straight away! 'Your order is on its way' - yet on their website the order status was still 'your order has been placed'

Since it had been over 6 weeks I just told them I want a refund, and they did so straight away.
Wonder if my order that was 'in transit' will ever actually turn up ........

Bought boots, over six weeks later contacted them to find out why I hadn’t been sent a shipping notification but they ignored emails and Facebook messages so I opened a PayPal dispute to which they finally replied to fob me off with an excuse that they would be given a tracking number after customs processed the item, which is a complete lie, I work with shipping; you’re given a tracking number as soon as a package is handed to the carrier and can track it through outbound customs.
Had to escalate to a claim because they carried on lying despite being told I work in the industry and know they were lying but as they couldn’t provide the evidence to PayPal that I was in the wrong (because I wasn’t) I got a refund, would have preferred the boots I ordered but at least I have my money back.

Anyway though if you found their reviews while trying to find out what on Earth has gone wrong with your purchase like I did and you’re within the 120 day window for a chargeback or 180 days for a PayPal claim please file one, it’s the only way to stop them ignoring you.

Ordered on the 20th Dec read that it Can take up to 6 weeks which I was willing to wait and I am now still waiting and it's Feb, no response from any emails I have sent and will be going back to my PayPal to claim this back, found the company through Facebook you would think they would vet these companies first

I ordered a dress on 30th December, still no sign of it. Several angry emails later and still no response. The customer service is abysmal at best. I've demanded a refund and have threatened to involve the relevant trading standards authorities. Whether that works or not remains to be seen.

The service received is appalling, one item has not turned up and they asked me to chase the post office! One item is completely the wrong size and they want me to pay to send it back! Customer service is slow, unprofessional. I will never use this company again!!!

Ordered back in November a dress and boots. They sent tracking but never delivered or received. Had post office trying to locate no luck complete rip off lost $110. Don't waste your time or money with TRENDIDOL.

Placed an order five weeks ago, money was taken from my account instantly, however, never got a confirmation that my order was shipped and emailed them three times to no reply. Scam! Don't waste your time or money

I have ordered from trendidol two months ago, money has been taken from my bank account, but until now I have no information about shipping. I have emailed them many times. I have no response at all from them. Very bad company, very poor management. I want my money back. ..

I ordered from this company 2 months ago. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. My order still has not even shipped.

I have never written a review for anything before but absolutely had to for these bunch of robbers. Firstly, I ordered a pair of boots as a Xmas present for my wife. They were ordered early December but didn't arrive until early January. I emailed them about tracking and they replied quite promptly to say it would be possible to track them once they had left customs. This never happened and they simply arrived unexpectedly one day. I had spent €75 and was just relieved they'd arrived eventually. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. I have written to them repeatedly but have not heard back. I'm not returning them until I hear back from them as I'm pretty sure if I send them back at my own expense I will lose that money too and be without anything at all. At least this way I might be able to make a little back on Ebay. Very upsetting and discouraging. Don't use this company under any circumstances!

Horrible company...I ordered a hoodie in October and finally received it in December. The quality of the hoodie was cheap. The material was similar to cheap Halloween costume material. So disappointed....Tracking information was hard to understand. Tried contacting company and received no response. Now I have to file a claim with PayPal.

The product doesn't correspond the picture. The quality is awful for such a high price. It started to fall apart the first time I wear it. Literally one time wear!
Delivery took more than one month.
Don't waste your money!

Bad customer service, product was of really poor quality considering the cost and it costs more money to ship it back for a refund than it was to pay for it in the beginning. Tell ypu they will keep you informed of delivery but they don't and when you finally get some tracking information it's in Chinese. Even with translation it made no sense. It was ordered on the 3rd of December and they hadn't actually got round to shipping it until around 10 days later so I didn't receive it until the 27th of December so the person it was intended for never got their present. Which was probably good, as I used their size chart and even went up a size in case it was too small so bought a large for the person (which would have been a size 14 uk) and it's turned up and looks like a size 8, maybe 10 uk.

Never got my order and i even messaged them asking when I will get my order. They told me it's shipped but they are waiting for a tracking number. Never got it and it's been more than a month. Never ordering from this website ever again. It's a scam website

Ordered from them but never got an email confirmation. I messaged them and they did reply saying there was high demand and once shipped I’d get an email confirming it had shipped with tracked no number. I waited but never received anything. I contacted them to be told it was delivered. I checked with neighbours and my “safe place” but nothing! They have basically said, “not our problem”. I’m now out £50. I’m really frustrated that I never received my order. I understand that it’s been “delivered” by the delivery company but I’ve never received it. It’s very frustrating that I’ve spent £50 with your company yet never got my order! The way you’ve acted about this is really terrible also. The few times that an item haven’t been delivered with other companies, I’ve contacted them and they bend over backwards to sort it out, even if it’s not their fault. But this company obviously don’t care about customers or any repeat business! Must say I’ve never seen a company like this! Annoyed I’ve wasted my £50 and will never see that money again or my purchase for that matter!
