Ordered and never received my order.it’s been on it way for the past 2 months. No thanks. Thank God it was a cheap item, not that it gives them the right not to deliver

ordered a jacket from them back in may of 2020 we are at july now have not received anything have tried to contact them its funny how they advertise on your facebook when i ordered the jacket i never seen any more advertising from them im out over one hundred dollars canadian people please do not purchase anything from them

Worst item of clothing I have ever bought. Cheap polyester material. A real rip off. They want me to return it to China even though it came from Holland. Really bad company to deal with. This is really a scam. Something should be done with companies like this. Maybe credit card company should have a ‘Black List’ and warn unsuspecting customers

I ordered a plaid jacket and was charged on my credit card on 3/31.. I have never heard a word..No tracking # Just this charge. I have not been able to contact them I have turned it over to my credit card cmpaany. Hope that they can help me.

I ordered what I thought was washed-wool coat with embroidered flowers through Zatenico on 12/9. When it finally showed up from Israel? China? I couldn't believe the cheap fabric and "silk-screened" ugly flowers on it. I nicely asked for my $89. back through "Amy" of Zatenico - who tried to get me to keep it, then be credited. Nope! I didn't want that and followed policy in returning it. Never got the courtesy of a response from Zantico, BLS*TRENDIDOLCOM (who charged my credit card). My return package went to Sunny Island Group, 1424 Newbridge Ave. San Mateo CA 94401. Something needs to be done with a rip-off business such as these. As of this day, I am out $89.00 and I will never order anything from them again.

Took my money never received my dress. Total scam. Contacted my credit card company to cancel my payment and they assured me they will recover their money.

Like the other reviews, I was also I believe 'scammed' - saw the advert of Facebook, ordered a coat $99 dollars, which was around £77 in sterling.

This was back in October and like everyone else received confirmation and then absolutely nothing despite chase emails.

I have just sent another one, but I am now 8 months later going to report this to my bank so hopefully I will be able to get a refund.

I should have checked before sending the money - my bad, but hopefully by putting up this review, this will prevent other people from making the same mistake as me!

I didn't get what I ordered as well no receipt to return was in the package. Won't be ordering any ever again from this company.

Same with me. Took my money, the coat never arrived. Sent numerous emails to no avail. SCAM. Black Cherry is the same. Facebook should take action.

I also placed order on 10-09-18. I have sent over a dozen emails requesting tracking number. Absolutely no response. I wrote a review on their website, but of course they didn’t post a bad review. I threw away 99.00. I have just reported them as a scam company to FTC as a fraudulent company.

I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED UP REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE I PURCHASED FROM THEM. I ORDERED A COAT IN AUGUST. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST 5 MONTHS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I FLUSHED $99 DOWN THE TOILET. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT CHARGE BACK BECAUSE I WAITED TOO LONG TO TRY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. NO PRODUCT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REFUND!

Trendidol is bad news. I ordered a coat from them around the 1st of September 2018 and I emailed them three times for a status update and I received no response whatsoever. $99 down the drain. They should be rated zero.

Same issue as all other reviews! I ordered the Eva jacket in July and never received my order whereas the money had immediately been taken out of my account. I received an e-mail to "review" the jacket I received! Seriously!!! I've tried to contact the company numerous times but no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Complete and total ripoff!! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Same experience as everyone else placed an order two weeks ago have contacted them several times since, zero response and zero order

NOW CALLED BLACK CHERRY CLOTHING They are SO bad they had to change their name! make sure to spam their facebook page and report them to get them shut down again!

SCAM - do not order anything from this site - I ordered 2 items 04th June and still have not received 4 months later and no answers to any of my emails. Money lost and maybe they have my credit details - not happy

6 months has gone by no item has been sent, absolute scam.............

I placed an order July 26th 2018 A blouse and trench coat. I waited a month I emailed and never got a respose. I emailed several times over the course of 3 months and NO REPLY AT ALL. The charge was made by them right away. I just disputed it and I expect they are frauds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a Black Layered Trench Coat on 20 May at a cost of £73. As this is an expensive price to pay compared with many overseas sites I assumed it would be of decent quality. In the photo it looked good quality and stylish, with a tiered front.
By the beginning of September I had still not received the item - and was on the verge of asking my bank to make a chargeback when, in mid-September the package arrived out of the blue, nearly 4 months after I had placed my order!
The quality is quite appalling - and appears to have been made from a cheap creased type of felt. It isn’t even good enough to take to the charity shop!
On calling my bank, asking for a chargeback on the basis the goods are not fit for purpuse, I was informed they are NOT able to do so as the goods had been received and it is not for them to judge the quality
There was absolutely no paperwork in the package to enable me to pursue a reclaim
I wish I had called them the week before the coat arrived as I’d intended!
