I liked the aromatherapy products I received which worked, and was fully ready to become a regular customer, even though one of my products was faulty, which I assumed would be sorted out quickly by the customer service.

I was ignored for a month and a half despite sending multiple emails asking for support for my product, meanwhile being bombarded with friendly-sounding marketing emails from the company. When they replied they told me they processed the refund 'last week'. Two months later there is no refund, and no reply to my emails chasing it up.

It's a shame, because I thought the products were reasonable and was happy to support a young brand, but they have ignored my (very polite) emails, and lied to me, and seeing other reviews, I think there is a good chance they are just straight up running a scam.

I think most positive reviews on this site are fake, I'm not sure how the owners of the company sleep at night.

Do not buy from them. I made this account specifically to warn others about them.
No order ever came after waiting several weeks and numerous attempts to question what was happening with it went unanswered.
Was then told my order was refunded.
Have yet to receive that refund and it has been MONTHS. Have contacted them numerous times about the refund and have received no response. I am a fair person and always give time for a company to rectify things. Too much time has passed now. They have not been communicative or rectified this situation. Looking into how I can get my money back. Do not buy from them.

Not usually the one to write bad reviews but this needed to be said. I bought 2 aromatherapy pens and paid an extra £5 I think to get express tracked delivery. No tracking number was provided. It did not get delivered within the express days instead I had to email the company asking about a tracking number which was ignored. I waited then three days later received an email saying my order had been shipped and then randomly 5 days later my whole order had been refunded. I emailed the company again as I was really confused as to what was going on and once again I was ignored. I was quite looking forward to trying their products but I will not be using this company again

The pen came late and ther was barely any liquid in it very poor service

I ordered from them and have not received any processing emails etc or shipping confirmations. I have emailed them multiple and times and no answer.

Bought the Rechargeable CBD Vape Kit (came with free 10ml) looks lovely very modern. Not a fan of the huge big public display vapes so this one feels a lot more stylish. Arrive as quick as can be expected. Thanks

Product ordered 4th of May not arrived.
No response from the costumer service team despite attempting to contact them on multiple occasions.
*UPDATE**
They've arrived and only 1 of 3 of the aromatherapy pens is charged. Faulty /broken order.

I had ordered some cream for my mother several weeks ago, no product ever received.
I have emailed them almost 10 times with no reply,

I am starting to think treetvapours is not a real company.

I received my order of the TREET CBD Pen Bundle a couple of weeks ago and 2 out of the 3 pens worked fine. Unfortunately the third was faulty. I reported this issue nearly a week ago and have not heard anything back, in regards to a solution.

I placed my order 1 week ago and I paid for tracked delivery, after many emails asking for the tracking number and also asking if the order has been shipped at least...I received no answer! Only today after 1 week I received an automated email saying that my order has been shipped (and god knows when and if I will receive my order) and again they did not provide a tracking number, so I've sent another email asking for a refund for the tracked delivery I paid for but still no answer.

After 1 week I finally received the tracking number but the items were never shipped and after few days I receive other 2 automated emails saying a full refund has been issued.

I do not understand this company, instead of replying to your customers by sending automated emails you should just reply normally, just say I'm sorry we are out of stock or whatever the problem was and people will understand, we are humans. You are a new company, you should focus on customer service and customer service is not just sending automated emails to your customers. You might have valid products but your customer service should be improved I'm sorry.
Anyway I got my full refund at the end and no products without any explanation from the company,what can I say at least I got my money back. Thanks

Like a number of the other one star reviews on here I reached out to make an order and paid for express delivery. I had a confirmation of my order and assumed it was on its way. This was 6 days ago now and considering it should have been delivered in 1 to 2 days this seems like poor service. I've sent an email and attempted to reach out through the website and there's been no response. Considering the number of people saying the same thing below it doesn't look like a good way to run a business.

Further Update - As the parcel I paid for express delivery was finally sent a week and a day after my order I sent an email asking for a refund for the express delivery fee. Once again I haven't received a response.

Such a shame that its come to write this review but ive had no luck contacting the given email and the "contact us" part of the site.

I ordered a rechargable vape kit with 2 day shipping and it was dispatched on the 25th of April, ive yet to recieve the item or any tracking info. I have received the liquid but not the vape. other than this every order has been perfect.
there's been no communication from the company even with the many attempts i've tried to contact them.

Bought the rechargeable Treet vape pen. Simple no fuss or buttons. Enough hit to enjoy every time. I’m an ex smoker, this is enough for me. I have a tank mod but prefer this, love the simplicity. Goodbye smoking, ty

I ordered oils from your company and I bought 1-2 delivery days. Until now, I have not received the package and no one replies to my e-mail. I probably wrote 5 e-mails

Top quality CBD Products! It's so hard to find reliably good CBD but these are all top quality products with a huge range and great delivery options.

Amazing products! Some issues with delivery but very happy with my order.
