Placed my order on the 26th August, I received no email confirmation. And I still on the 9th September have not received my order. I am not impressed.

Still have not received my order after two weeks and no email to confirm it has even started to be shipped. Have contacted Ora London a week ago and still have not received a response.

Extremely upset. Ordered my starter kit on May 17th 2023. My bank account has been debited £80 (a lot of money for me) and all I have had back from Ora is email with my order no. and no further correspondence.

I have tried chasing up my order via the “shop” app on the 24th and 30th May as recommended by Ora. Well, the app is a joke and terrible to navigate! You can’t get a delivery number until it changes delivery status, which hasn’t happened yet, I’m still waiting! I have emailed them directly, chasing up my items and asking for my tracking no, but still no response from Ora. Today (2nd June 2023) I have left a message via their Facebook page on messenger and have requested a contact no on their Facebook page. I am still yet to receive a response.

The good reviews seem to stop after January 2021. Have this company gone bust? Because I’m beginning to feel like this is a scam and I have lost a lot of money!

Still waiting for my order 16 days later?! No communication as to why I am waiting so long… No response to my email chasing the order either, but yet 3 emails asking for a review of my order. (That has never arrived) Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and zero communication.

I ordered 5 products from Ora and only 3 were delivered. I have sent an email and filled in a customer enquiry form but had no response and as these were Christmas presents I’m not at all happy

I ordered on 19th November and am still waiting for my order.

I have emailed and sent messages on chat but have still had no response as to the whereabouts of my order

Ordered on the 2/11. Said it would be delivered by the 15/11. I don't mind it being late, but I have tried to contact them multiple times and have received no update or reply. No phone number to contact. The online chat said, 'we reply immediately', a week later I am still waiting for a reply!! Terrible customer service.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order. Have tried to contact customer services but there's no reply or update.

Worst company ever !! Don't waist your time and money! They are scam !!

Seriously I fell so frustrated that I trust in this website and I made an order a week ago and nobody is updating me with my order of 111£ ,I've been trying to contact them ,but I feel like I try to speak with a ghost website, please don't buy from them, now I opened a dispute with my bank to receive my money back, because the goods are not coming for sure ! BE AWARE!!

Order arrived and I always order with Ora and never have problems. This order firstly I had to pay customs. The order arrived and all of the nail polishes were marked and some of the outside paint coming off. These were for a present so I was so disappointed. Will not be ordering in future. Also it usually comes with the plastic nails to show the colour of the polish and it came with none this time.

Lovely well packaged items! Fabulous 4 free colours. Can’t wait to get started.

Reveived my shipment with two broken bottles (you can imagine the mess!) two weeks ago, Ora’s customer service hasn’t found the time to answer my emails. One star for the remaining shades that arrives intact.

Ben and Natasha were great and attentive throughout the entire process of my car purchase.

Everything was prompt and smooth, and although this may vary depending on lenders and timelines - they managed to secure and release funding for my car on Friday afternoon to be collected on Saturday (application was started on Wednesday of the same week!)

They beat competitor interest rates and meant I was making very similar payments and paying off the car’s capital instead of the interest.

Very glad I went with oracle and would recommend for anyone to get in touch to see what they can offer.

Order arrived very quickly packaging good, quality of nail gels brilliant, would fully reccomend
