Medusa laser clinic, had an excellent experience with my laser hair removal treatment. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. They thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt at ease throughout each session. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety were exceptional. Have you been told by your GP that the "LPa" blood test you requested is unavailable in Ireland due to staff shortages? Or have you had a GP refuse to look into a health concern you wanted more information on?

That was my experience. I was told, "You need to see a cardiologist to get information and tests on your LPa concerns. Do you have insurance? Great, I will refer you." I then received my appointment notification, only to be told I had to pay €950 cash upfront and claim it back later! What a nightmare.

Fortunately, I found a wonderful alternative medical service called NurseHub, based out of Newtownmountkennedy, Wicklow. To book, go to treatwell dot ie and search for "Nurse Hub Health & Aesthetics." I went online, selected the "Cardiovascular Screening" option, and easily booked a Thursday appointment.

I met Melissa at 9:00 AM, and by 9:28 AM, I was walking out the door with a 24-hour blood pressure monitor attached. By Friday evening, Melissa called me to thoroughly go through my results. She followed up with a detailed email report regarding my heart and cholesterol levels, complete with an action plan on my next steps.

The stress and worry are completely gone. I am so glad I found NurseHub and experienced the incredibly professional service Melissa provides. If you want fast, professional medical services with a quick turnaround time, I highly recommend checking out what NurseHub has to offer.

Salon was closed when I attended for my appointment. I contacted Treatwell and it is impossible to speak to a human to resolve the situation and you just get stuck with AI. They are more than happy to take your money but giving it back is a whole different matter. Treatwell is not worth the stress - just go direct with the salons which Treatwell take 35% of the booking amount from.

I made a booking on the 26th May that I then cancelled on the 28th May at the request of the company I'd booked to go to. I received an email from Treatwell confirming cancellation however, the very same evening, they proceeded to take money out of my account even though I didn't receive a service!! I had tried to contact them twice to resolve this issue and they are not responding, only giving me case reference numbers.

Anastasia is a professional hairdresser. She carefully chose the perfect blended dye to create my dream ginger colour, and I'm thrilled with the result. I was recommended to her, and despite the salon being an hour away by public transport, the experience is so worthwhile that I'll definitely continue. Anastasia is a gifted, creative, and highly skilled young woman — I highly recommend her.

The deep facial was an excellent experience from start to finish. Vina was professional and explained each step of the process. I had chin filler dissolving treatment and PRP facial treatment, and I’m very happy with my experience. The practitioner was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The chin dissolving treatment was carefully explained, and I felt reassured every step of the way.

I also had PRP on my face, and the treatment was carried out with great care and attention. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and professional. Lovely atmosphere in this very busy salon, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was made really welcome though I’d never been before, enjoyable, Tanya was lovely and so was the young hair washer girl.

A lovely spa in a great location with parking right outside. Professional service, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The express facial was a real treat, very comprehensive and left my skin feeling great.

Treatwell make it basically impossible to speak to an actual person. Multiple attempts through their chatbot to get invoices for some gift vouchers and zero replies. Will not use again.
