The order didn’t arrive as expected as stated in the initial shipment schedule and not before the public holiday which in my opinion delays it further to the following week. It was a bit cheeky indeed when I received an email stating the item was on the way on the eve of the public holiday, which I doubt because that was Thursday. So let’s see if it actually arrives on Monday. I very much doubt it. So it would probably be a two weeks delivery to the door so far.

Service was super quick and efficient
Service was super quick and efficient. Impressed with the goods delivered. Only criticism was the courier company didn’t inform me when the goods were going to be delivered. I checked on the Tuesday morning at 9.30 am and according to the web site the goods were not get with the courier but were delivered an hour later while I was out. Luckily still there when I got home.

Didn’t receive all items on time
Didn’t receive all items ordered. Though my confirmation email confirmed dispatched items I didn't receive my shoe cabinet. Called there company however they were unreachable and had emailed still no answer reply.

Awesome experience, delivery was super fast I didn’t expect that. Customer Service call centre was amazing as well! Kiwi person and really friendly and polite..
The products are great and good quality and design and assemble really well. For me the delivery and customer service will make me a repeat customer.
