I recently purchased the Lustra 2 Piece Dressing Table with Mirror & Stool Set, and unfortunately I have been unable to complete the assembly due to missing and defective parts.

The issues are:
• All of the drawer side panels are missing, so none of the drawers can be assembled.
• One of the drawer panels (Part 17) was manufactured without the required pre-drilled holes, making it unusable.

I have attached photos showing the missing drawer parts and the defective panel.

Could you please send the replacement parts as soon as possible? Please let me know if you require my order number or any other information to process this request.

Has a lot of great options for furniture and some great prices

Delivery took three weeks and communication was pretty much non existent,m.
Order arrived in three seperate orders on three different days (yet to receive bed frame) and a complaint was made via email about a member of staff Matthew who’s customer service was disgusting, to this date my complaint has not been acknowledged, will not recommend.

Delivery was quick as always, and everything was packed so well. The drawers look good once assembled.
I'm not sure if it's the way I put it together, but only one of the drawers sits flush against the main part, and when you open them, they tip out and don't hold their place.
I've put together a lot of flatpack furniture, so I'm not sure what's gone wrong here. Also, it took quite a while to assemble, with lots of parts, so I was very methodical to avoid missing anything. But because I won't be using them often, I'll just live with it.
Apart from that, the quality of the material is very sturdy, and it does look really good.

The product is good and what you see is what you get.

The order didn’t arrive as expected as stated in the initial shipment schedule and not before the public holiday which in my opinion delays it further to the following week. It was a bit cheeky indeed when I received an email stating the item was on the way on the eve of the public holiday, which I doubt because that was Thursday. So let’s see if it actually arrives on Monday. I very much doubt it. So it would probably be a two weeks delivery to the door so far.

Could do better - the pickup website should say they will send an email. I waited longer than i needed to because I though the page where i told them i'd arrived would update/
