Instant tickets handy would be more…
Instant tickets handy would be more convenient for me.
Very easy and quick to use! However, there were no boats from Alonissos to Skopelos on Fridays. That is not your fault though I know.
I would also prefer to download the tickets right away and not have to wait until 48 hours before. I will not have access to a printer in Greece.

Good, but..
I have booked 5 trips from here and everything worked great.
However, I contacted support yesterday. I asked something very simple. "How do I print the tickets I just booked?". I got the below answer:
"Σχετικά με το αίτημά σου,σε ενημερώνουμε ότι όλες οι απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για την διαδικασία του ηλεκτρονικού check in ωστε να παραλάβεις τα boarding passes(e-tickets) αναγράφονται στο επιβεβαιωτικό email που έχεις λάβει από εμάς κατά την κράτησή σου."
In my opinion, this does not answer my question at all. I checked the email received before contacting support.
At least they respond fast and are friendly.

Easy to check and to book
Easy to check and to book. The only problem is the fact that compagnies don't offer e-ticket so you have wether withdraw your tickets from the offices (or port) or having them posted to you with a fee.

Hi Jim, thank you very much! Yes, we totally agree with you that e-tickets are more convenient! However, the various ticket methods that will be offered are decided by the ferry company you are travelling with. While some of the major companies have already made the switch to e-tickets, hopefully, in the future they will all do so. Until then, you can always check your ticket options during the booking process to ensure you are travelling with a company that offers e-tickets. We hope you have a great trip!

It would be 5 starts but the emails that arrive as the result of a booking are all in Greek. I know it's a Greek site but a nod to internationals with a language choice would be nice.

Whichever language you are viewing our website in during the booking process is the language that you will receive your confirmation email in. In this case, what might have happened is that although you were on the Greek page, your browser translated the text to English and you didn't realize the difference. In the future, just make sure you've selected English from the language options in the upper right corner before proceeding with a booking.

Nice website bad support
Website is good. Services are very efficient. Unfortunately there is no way to call a company’s representative which in cases of a problem is useful. Instead there is a chat room which is not as immediate as it should be.

Great site and easy to navigate
Great site and easy to navigate. It would be great to be able to check different tickets at once (island hopping for ship tickets or country hopping in air tickets) and then be able to also book them at once.
