When we arrived at the property, it had not been cleaned, none of the beds had been made, or even changed, and the bathrooms were dirty. We had to go a stay in a hotel, at vast expense,we sent photos to Travelnest who then said the host Disagreed with our comments, and would not give us a refund. It was awful

I booked this apartment because it advertised free parking, but there was no legitimate parking available when I arrived. Despite contacting the host several times beforehand, I received no response until Booking.com stepped in. The parking postcode I was eventually given was inaccessible, and the only nearby spaces were disabled-only bays, which I couldn’t legally use.

On top of that, the apartment itself was not clean, which added to the poor experience. Overall, the lack of communication, misleading listing, and cleanliness issues made the stay stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t have booked if the information had been accurate

Nice apartment, close to the centre. Everything was fine. Maybe the bathroom was a bit small.

We booked a 4 bedroom accommodation to sleep 6 people as seen on the booking.com website at a certain address/postcode.After asking several times for property access information I only received this information on the morning of travel via email. After meeting friends we proceeded to the booked accommodation postcode and found we were unable to gain access to the address when rechecking the access email I found we had been moved to another address without being told we then took a taxi to the new address and found it only had 3 bedrooms not 4. Only four dining chairs for six guests and only 3 forks in the cutlery drawer and the bathroom door hinge was insecure making hard to close!!! After reading other reviews it seems this has happened to guests booking with this company !!!!!!!
After complaining to the company we are not getting anywhere with the complaint I would not book with this company ever again ………..

Spotlessly clean and well equipped property

Thank you had an amazing stay. Sadly only one night. Everything was perfect so organised neat and clean. Would love to come back again someday. The mince pies were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much . 🥰

Lovely apartment. In the heart of Covent Garden. 5 mins to tube or 10 min walk to Leicester Square.
Spotless, warm, all bedding provided. Washing machine & dishwasher.
Lots of cafes & Tesco on the doorstep.
The lift was a bonus.
Very secure & safe.
Would recommend & stay again

On the day of arrival surprise deposit request higher than de rental price... alarming reviews about no refund of deposit.

I had booked a place in London via Air BNB for 9 of us. This company cancelled on us at 22:12 the evening BEFORE we were due to check in. ‘Due to unexpected maintenance issues the house isn’t available tomorrow. So sorry, please book something quickly to avoid any disruption to your stay.’

Which is next to impossible at nearly 11 at night for 9 of us.

I had 5 young adults with me from America excited to go to a West End show and finish with a nice place to stay to ensure we could have another day in London the following day. Instead we had to catch the train late at night after the show and head back to where we live and lost our other day in London.

I did get my money back, luckily through Air BNB, but was not offered any compensation for our trouble, wasn’t even offered a message of any sort of empathy or elaboration on what maintenance issue.

Very disappointing and want to warn other families if making large bookings to be mindful.

We arrived absolutely soaked through so it was nice to come into somewhere warm & cosy. Place is nice & spacious, beds very comfortable & the views are lovely.

Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, apartment, within walking distance of our destination, Old Trafford.

House was changed at the last minute. The one we were moved to was dirty, cold, bare bulbs in every room. The bathroom was extremely dirty.

Rubbish from the start, relieved an e-mail with a document about using the wifi. Couldn't get it to open, no matter what I tried. On the way to London got an e- mail saying keysafe code was 3288, yellow colour. There was no house number given. So when we got to The Woodlands, we didn't know where to go. 1 house had a keysafe outside and my wife went to try the key code, which did not work. Meanwhile, I was trying to ring travel nest, and kept getting cut off after a minute of being connected. So was struggling to sort anything out at all.
My wife saw a lady coming out of the property with the keysafe and went asked her if this was the house we were looking for. After proving who we were, she said it was the place we were looking for and let us in. She also told us the correct key code, 3289. Also she helped us to get connected to the wifi as we couldn't open the document that was sent. After the lady left, who was the cleaner she told us. We found there was no live TV on the television. So I phoned Travel Nest again . The man I spoke to said he couldn't help with that and gave me the owners phone number.
I phoned the given number, no answer, no surprise. I left a message stating the problem, expecting to get a reply. I am still waiting for that reply.
The property would not pass fire regulations, all windows permanently locked and only 1 exit. There is no natural sunlight in there as the blinds are not made to open. The cooker is damaged, seriously. The tumble dryer has a broken control and looks like it has not been used in a long time. To use bathroom, you have undress and dress with door open into the lounge it is that compact. There is no soundproofing between the 3 floors, our neighbors above kept me awake most of the night with their activities.

Not what was expected. Fair to say I was catfished by the pictures of the property I stayed at.

What a best trip & place to stay like home! I really like this house. Shop, mosque near by. Parking at entrance on the road! Really nice house .. perfect!
