We never stayed due to illness
We never stayed due to me and my son being unwell last minute and tried to cancel and get at least a partial refund as it was a 2 night stay but that was refused so we ended up having to pay the full amount. Dissapointing and very expensive.

Fantastic setting
Fantastic setting. Excellent communication and easy to find. Extremely well equipped kitchen. House was spacious and had a really relaxing feel. The Christmas decorations were an amazing surprise which made us feel so welcome. Could hear the sound of the sea with an unimpeded view. Just wonderful.

Filthy
The apartment was disgusting, stunk of cigarettes, had mould everywhere and was generally just filthy. Bits of door were missing, locks falling off, bits of walls with chunks out of it. The photos on the booking look nothing like the actual property

Family weekend
We had a family weekend away just before Christmas. The location was really good in Derry for us, near city centre and to experience all that is Derry.
The house was clean and spacious for a big group. There was an open fire which was lovely to relax and enjoy in the living room.

Travelnest has ignored all requests for communicating with me, the BBB, and a state’s Attorney Generals office to resolve a problem that is documented to be refundable. Travelnest removed the rental from their offerings during the complaint period and it remains unresolved.
