Very helpful from the start with our numerous requests and amendments yo our requirements 😀

Amazing company. I was skeptical at first as communication was via WhatsApp and email. But Maria our agent was so helpful from start to finish. We had a 2 x week trip to Thailand starting in Bangkok went onto krabi, 3 x nights in the jungle in a glamping tent then 6 x nights in phuket. All our hotels where wonderful and perfectly selected. Honestly a wonderful experience. I can not recommend enough 5 star service! 10/10

We booked a family ski trip to Bulgaria, everything was done through WhatsApp with HANNAH, everything was sorted with no hassle, flights, transfers, accommodation, lift pass and equipment for the kids. The town of borrovets and ski runs were brilliant for everyone. The hotel and food where we stayed was very good and clean, shuttle bus dropped u in the town and returned. If u wanted to stay later it was 10 euro and plenty of taxis. All round it was very good and would highly recommend.

Our agent Hannah was extremely helpful we are planning a trip to celebrate my son taking his GCSe exams Hannah found us a great multi destination trip that ticked all the boxes.very friendly and helpful

What amazing company this is to book for your holiday. 100% professional from start to finish. I booked a few days away in krakow with a couple of tours Auschwitz and the salt mine. Our tour assistant was Rebecca who couldn't do enough for us. We just told her what we wanted from flights to tours etc and she sorted everything out for us giving us a hassle free holiday. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish. I have already given some friends and family details of the company and I know they will use them. I've told them that a lady called Rebecca is outstanding in doing her job but I'm sure the other assistants are just has good. Highly recommended with five stars plus.

Did not book a holiday as yet but received good communication with seller....

Just started looking at holidays online. I was contacted by travel gates (Susan Parker) who sent information on the type of holiday i was looking for. She was pleasant and friendly without being overpowering. Nowhere near sorting a holiday just yet but I'd certainly be back intouch with Susan should I decide to go ahead.

Deborah bless her has been trying to find me a lovely holiday for my 60th birthday. She has been an absolute star offering me various options initially for Dubai for a cruise and stay then the war started. I’d like to thank her very much for all her help and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking a holiday with her in the future once I know where we stand with regards this war.
