I have just got back from 15 days away- Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney. The flights and hotels were so well organised, and I had all of the information needed well in advance, including info to manage our flight booking and the contact details for the hotels. Harry booked the trip originally and was so patient with me tweaking things. The courtesy call the week before to check we had everything we needed was really appreciated too. This was truly a trip of a life time and Travel Center UK beat all other quotes we got and listened to exactly what we wanted.

Poor chat service with a travel…
Just a quick update, I've received a request for more information about my review below. I'd invite them to review the chat record on 21 and 20 July where they will get all the full story.
Poor chat service with a travel consultant. was eager to get my name and email address and didn't respect my wish to withhold this info until making progress. Due to time constraint I gave it and he never sent me anything despite advising had found one for me and would email it shortly. He never even apologised for that. In brief, it seems they collect customers data to showcase they're actively working without consideration to people's circumstances or feeling. This behaviour tells a lot about this travel agency. Very poor and unprofessional and I would never recommend.

Your enquiry was received via our online chat regarding a Rome & Venice package with a requested departure date of 25th July 2026. As the request involved amending the advertised package by adding additional nights and preparing a tailored itinerary, our consultant requested your name and email address.
As a travel agency, we have procedures in place to ensure that we can provide accurate travel information and send quotations or itinerary details to the correct passenger. Passenger details are required to allow our team to properly manage enquiries, communicate updates, and provide the relevant travel information securely.
During the conversation, our consultant explained that he was working on your request and advised that he was looking into the required arrangements, including the rail options between Rome and Venice. Due to the last-minute nature of the travel request, the availability for the rail arrangements required further checking before the itinerary could be completed.
We understand that you were looking for a quick response due to the short timeframe before travel, and we appreciate your feedback. Seemless Booking
My trip is not until next year so this review is purely on the booking stage but Rachel Gomez has been excellent at helping me book what will hopefully be a fantastic trip to Vietnam. Her communication, findings of what I wanted on the dates I wanted has been 5 star.
