She answered my questions with great detail. In my follow-up email, she promptly gave me clarity.

Bought eSIM for travel to France. Didn’t work, but support issued me a new one and it worked first time. Only difference was I activated the first one before arriving in France, and the other once I’d arrived. Support were quick to reply so 5 stars given it did work in the end
