Our flight arrived over 40 minutes…

Our flight arrived over 40 minutes late. Despite this, our driver, Massimiliano, kindly waited for use until 1:10 AM. When we met, he graciously offered us two bottles of water. We will definitely use this service again.

The service provided was impeccable

The service provided was impeccable. Despite a misunderstanding during the booking process, they promptly rescheduled the departure time. allowing us to reach the airport as planned. Despite the chaotic traffic, the driver always drove excellently and arrived at the airport at the agreed time.

Refund

at first I was scared that I got scammed but it's not like that, they gonna give you refund in 4-5 days, so don't worry.

Unreliable.

In line with other reviews, I also have my doubts about this company.

I booked a taxi in Italy and paid a part of the fee in advance. After a while I received a message there were no taxis available and that I would get a refund within a few days.

It has now been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any refund so far. Also no replies on my e-mails.

I think it's weird that they would charge you money for a taxi, while in many cases (as proven in the ratings), there are no available taxis in a lot of area's.

The driver was punctual and kind

The driver was punctual and kind. The car was comfortable and spacious, and he had even prepared some welcome water bottles for us. I highly recommend him and we will definitely book again for our return and future trips!

We booked Travel cab in italy for our arrival in NY, and again from Italy, we booked it for our vacation. I can only say that from now on, we will rely solely on them for our travels. The day before our arrival, they contacted me via WhatsApp to ask how many bags we had. Once we landed, I found a message with the exact time the driver would arrive, and he was right on time! I want to say a few words about our driver. Osvaldo Alcantara, because he truly deserves it. He is a spectacular person, incredibly kind, and it was not only pleasant but also very helpful to talk with him during the ride. I would also add that he drives excellently. Thank you very much.

Scam con artists

Can I give 0? Tried to book a transfer and kept coming up with error message saying booking hasn’t gone through and payment not taken. £75 been taken twice!!! Nobody to contact and nobody replies to email.

WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Do not book this !!

Do not book!
Booked airport transfer, paid 50% deposit then received 2 confirmation emails with different codes. Then an email saying sorry no taxi available and would be refunded within 4-7 days. Emailed Luca several times to query if one journey was booked . No reply. 7 days have passed and no refund.

Not a ligitimate business! They have no taxi service.

I booked a taxi from airport to hotel and return. Paid the booking deposit as requested.
Then got an email to say they had no taxi

Absolutely disgusting! Should not be allowed advertise. Time wasters!

Further to their response! Their account is not accurate! They will not refund the money paid for a minimum of 4-7 days! So it is untrue to say that the refund was already made.

It should not be possible to make a booking if they cannot fulfil the request! It is simple to put in rules to show there are no taxis available instead of taking clients money under false pretences and then suggesting that they worked in the interest of the customer! Absolutely NOT!

I believe this to be a scam

I believe this to be a scam. I booked online, paid the deposit, received booking confirmation which stated that I'd receive driver details asap. The details never came. You can only contact them by email, I chased 3 times and got no reply. The taxi never arrived. Now they have my money, my card details, my email and my phone number!!
