Transformco Owners of Sears Home --TERRIBLE

Transformco is the Owners of Sears Home Warranty. I have been a customer of Sears Home Warranty for several years, and Now that I need a replacement of an HVAC item, they continue to give me the run around. a Sears maintenance tech has been to my home at least 6 times for the same thing. And he has even told me himself that my furnace needs replacing, but Sears refuses to replace it. In stead they'd rather for me and my family to suffer through the winter without any heat.... I have tried to escalate this matter several times, but they refuse to give me corporates number. This is the worst warranty company hands down. And what makes it worse is you can hardly understand the workers !!!! I am so dissatisfied with this company 111

Very bad service

Getting to talk to actual person is extremely difficult. If you do get a person they won’t tell you where company is located . Service is poor
