Worse bus ever
Worse bus ever! And disgusting!weirdo or what, they won't even let you open window for air!!! Weirdos!!! Control freaks if you ask me!!!! I don't mind bus but this number 7 where they won't let you open windows is making me never to get this bus again!!! Freaks!!!
Unreliable bus service & Incompetent customer service
My morning bus never showed up due to "system difficulties," of which I was not made aware until after the fact. This left me stranded & late for work.
Then later that same day, I was ignored by the bus driver whilst trying to get home. To make matters worse, customer service has refused to reimburse for the cost of the taxis I had to get that day & is instead trying to "resolve" the issue by offering me "complimentary travel" on their useless bus services...
And to make matters worse, I have spent a good bit of money on a monthly pass to be able to get to and from work.
Utterly disgusting business practice, to say the least.

Third Rate Customer Service
When all is well, the buses are clean and pleasant. But...the M6 and M5 services between Skipton/Barnoldswick and Burnley are sometimes just cancelled leaving people stranded. The Customer Service is third-rate; explanations are not forthcoming and contradictory when they do. In short, it's a pretty awful company. I wish other operators had my routes.

transdev in blackburn,in particular the number 4 and the chorley number 2/2a must be the worst services in lancashire..an absolute croc.. the bus due out at 10am for example..the drivers roll up about 10 seconds to, like they really cannot be arsed, then take 5/10 mins yapping and messing around in their seat..today it took me 3hrs to get to chorley..the bus didnt trap in town so had to go to preston...then the bus from there was 15 mins late out, due to the female driver messing around on her phone.

Leaving pensioners stranded
The x41 missed a major turn off on the motorway, and then refused to turn back and visit the multiple missed stops. They told my 68 year old pensioner mother to “get off and walk to the other stop and get on that”. What a disgrace to let the public take the fall for a businesses mistake. My poor mother was left to figure all this out with no help from anyone, just a massive fob off.
If you can use any alternatives to Transdev, I highly recommend doing so. These people only care about profit.

one of their buses hit one of my trucks which was parked up stationary at a set of lights, put a claim in and they are refusing to pay because the driver has told a pack of lies !! The bill is less than £300 !

Worst bus company still in operation
I always thought first busses couldn’t be beaten for unreliability, until I was forced to use Aireline busses. All too frequently I will be stood waiting for a bus either into the city or back, when it disappears from the information board entirely, leaving you stood wondering when and if the next bus will actually turn up. If they do arrive they’re too full and drive past because too many people are reliant on this useless service. Why is it that we have to accept and pay for this absolutely atrocious excuse for a public transport company as the way to be able to commute?
Absolute necessity dictates that this 60 bus has to be used, otherwise there is no chance this company would be afloat still, as no one would use them due to complete and utter incompetence and unreliability.
At least they’re increasing their prices soon though, giving us even more reason to enjoy using this utter shite service.

the 24 bus only goes on till 5.30 is last bus back to pateley however I don’t have a car and I’m at work till 7 I’m having to get Ubers back 4 nights a week I don’t understand why every other bus is going on till late but the 24 it is only 20 more minutes longer than ripon bus and everybody’s time should be taken into consideration

Most journeys I take I see customers being treated very badly. These drivers need monitoring more closely as they let the good ones down and frankly don’t deserve a job.
