We submitted our claims for reimbursement for a medical emergency in Mexico 5 months ago and they are still stringing us along. They are the worst. We have submitted all the documentation 3 times and they still can't seem to get it to the correct department. DO NOT BUY A MEDICARE SUPPLEMENTAL PLAN FROM THIS COMPANY
