Had a bus trip from Sofia to Belgrade. The bus was late 4,5 hours.
There was no information at all about the delay.
Finally somebody got ro talk to them and they said at first that the bus wouldn't come, then another information and then another.
When the bus finally arrived it wasn't any nice.
Bathroom locked, no place to charge phones.
These people are completely irresponsible.
Avoid at all cost.
The WORST bus company ever!!! I don’t recommend anyone booking through this company! We had booked our tickets for a trip to Belgrade, but they had overbooked the bus, so we were refused to board the bus. Never booking through this company again!!!
- website sucks, all the digital services parts suck
- toilets are closed, need to wait until the gas station
- waste a lot of time during the gas station toilet stops instead of fixing their toilets
- no USB sockets
- drivers don't speak English
- ac doesn't work
- use cash and don't always have change
- reclining mechanism is broken in most seats
