Communication was dreadful & misled with information with ETA when they would eventually pick up or reply to your calls
The person that eventually turned up to assist with us could not have been more helpful & polite

I recently had the pleasure of using the limo services provided, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I booked their services to the final drop-off, every aspect of the journey was marked by professionalism, luxury, and attention to detail.
The fleet of limousines offered is impressive, featuring modern and well-maintained vehicles that exude elegance. The chauffeurs are not only skilled drivers but also epitomize courtesy and discretion. They arrived punctually, impeccably dressed, and ensured a smooth and comfortable ride throughout.

Do NOT do business with these people....they are a SCAM/FRAUD!!

I booked them in Good Faith through Bash.com a week before my event. Someone named "Jessica" contacted me from 213-279-6579 and we negotiated a price for their "Party Bus" to pick us up and bring us home after our event. We had a contract in place and then I paid through the Bash.com website. I thought everything was good until I received a cancellation notification from Bash.com saying that the contractor had cancelled and Bash had refunded my money.

I immediately contacted the contractor and through a series of text and phone calls (888-827-0437) they assured me that they did not cancel and that we were still scheduled as planned, but since Bash.com refunded my money could I send them a Money Transfer or pay via PayPal (seemed sketchy). I told them I didn't feel comfortable with that, but to send me the PayPal link and then I would send payment once the vehicle arrived. They agreed and said the vehicle would be there as planned.

Next morning (9am)...no vehicle. I texted back and forth with "Jessica" and finally around 10am (ONE HOUR LATER) she sends me this RIDICULOUS text:

"Hi, I just had a talk with a driver. He had three booking for today, and unfortunately, he messed up the timings of the pickup. He moved your pick up to 6:00 pm. We are really sorry about that. Hope you have a great" WHAT?!?! After sitting and waiting for an hour after she ASSURED me in numerous texts that the vehicle would show up as planned...That's it????

Like I said....VERY SKETCHY CRIMINALS.....DO NOT do business with these entities. I found it very sketchy as well that they sent me 3 different payment request using 3 different methods for 3 different companies:

I booked a Party bus from this company, the bus was awesome. It was the same as shown in the video. We enjoyed alot and they provided complimentary services like giving us beverages and red carpet service.

SCAM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company never showed up to the pick up location, after contacting me earlier in the day, twice, to confirm they would be there 15 mins earlier than the scheduled pick up time. After multiple failed attempts to reach the driver at the number I was given by the "manager" Joshua, I called the company's direct line, who I had been in contact with multiple time through the planning process, and now the number was no longer taking calls. I was scammed out of $1000 for the party bus for my best friend's 40th birthday celebration.
