I actually use to love trakpak, always fast delivery even though I live on the other side of my Atlantic, this isn’t one of those “where’s my package/I’ve waited for 2 week for a package” Complaint. Recently for shipment heading to Canada you’ve contracted a brokerage fee dealer company called Ezclear and I just want to tell you how scummy and disgusting this company is. They are charging extra fees left and right and charging duties fees on packages that normally wouldn’t have had fees if it were handled by Canada post. Last month when ezclear was not in the picture I ordered $80CAD of products from cult beauty and like usual it was shipped via trakpak and then handed off to Canada post with no duty fees incurred. This month Again I ordered around $80 of products and got an email fro
Ezclear saying I owe them $37 and once I pay up then my package will be released to Canada post...what the hell is the point of this company, they don’t ship or deliver package or provide any kind of services besides scamming people and holding their packages hostage until they pay up.

I am not sure my review got through so sending this again...
I sent 6 boxes from Denver Colorado (to Belgium) on the 31st of December 2018 for a price of around US$1,000. They were our lifelong collection of books and some DVDs that were very precious to us although the commercial value did not reflect it. We packed them in clear plastic boxes since we wanted to protect them from the weather, not knowing any other requirement.
Finally we received a partly broken and soaking box containing apparently the contents of two boxes repackaged in cardboard but no tracking numbers were visible to the eye.
The remaining 4 boxes did not arrive. I sent them repeated messages and they initially said that they were waiting for the items to be logged in to their UK warehouse, then they said that their couriers do not take plastic boxes (but this is after they arrived in the UK), after that they said that they would ship them back to me in the US and I would have to pay extra for them to be shipped another way, to which I proposed that I would be in Colorado over Easter and would repackage the boxes. However these never arrived. Yesterday evening I received a message from someone else who claimed that the person who suggested sending them back to the US no longer worked there and that the warehouse has declared that all 4 boxes were lost. These are large boxes mind you. All repeated attempts to find out more and obtain the names or phone numbers to take this up further were ignored. It really is an example of abhorrent service and undue stress put on the customer.

I ordered a few items from beautybay.com on 20th July and selected tracked shipping. I was informed that I would receive my order within 5 to 7 working days. It's past that time and I have still not received my parcel. Also, the tracking updates and updated info is very poor. the only updated information regarding my parcel is that it left beautybay.com and its now in trak pak processing centre, and it has been there for quite a while now.

Trakpak's message said they'd allowed low-cost shipping on the info link as long as i didn't put any food in the parcel. I put in a parcel with items from bath and body works, and they decided to not accept the parcel at their chicago hub because the fine fragrance mist has liquid inside the plastic cylinder. nowhere did they post on the Information box for more info about trakpak at parcel monkey that NO LIQUIDS WERE ALLOWED on trakpak orders, and for that i give them one star for not putting that and for making me waste time and money on their service.
