Terrible. Worst Courier ever! And liars. I work in shipping and know my stuff, I weighed a parcel at 1lb as it is a jiffy bag. They claimed its 3lb.
Not only this, they quote 4-14 days now day 19 and they haven't bothered to deliver it yet. Just got told "Soon".

Wiggle had send my package on 14-09 from GB, and 18-09 my package arrived at my local delivery company. Tracking was great. Was a little sceptical seeing all these negative reviews, but im really positive myself! Thank you for the great service.

This is one of the worst shipping companies ever! I ordered my package from PLT on 8/31. I selected express shipping so my package could make it in time before my friend’s wedding which is on 9/19. My package was scheduled to be delivered on 9/8. It never arrived. On the TrakPak site my package is still sitting somewhere in Jamaica as of 9/4. There is no updates and here it is 9/10. TrakPak doesn’t offer any way to contact them. Please do not use this company if you’re shipping items and for those who ordered from a company who used TrakPak just count it as a loss. These companies don’t value doing the right thing and they want to come up with a million excuses instead of getting the job done. UPS, FedEx, DHL are still doing their jobs just fine! If you don’t have the man power maybe you all should close down like other companies until you can figure it out instead of pretending like you can get the job done when you know you can’t!

This company does not even deserve one star. I sent a package with personal items: rare books of great values. I shipped it from Brooklyn (US) to Rouen (France).
They send it from US to UK and then from UK to France. While it would have been way more logical and possible to send it from US directly to France.
The package was sent on July 9th 2020 and was expected to be delivered on July 28th 2020.
It got stuck in transit on July 22nd and since then nothing was updated on the status of my package. Despite the fact that I sent several emails to the shipping company (Parcel Monkey) and to the carrier company (Trakpak) I never got an answer on the status of my package or where it was.
After pushing to get an answer I was finally told that my package was declared lost between UK and France...
I don't understand how a package can be lost. Packages just don't disappear magically. It really shows how unprofessional they are. They don't take responsibility for their mistake and my items are lost forever. I will keep pushing as this must be illegal.
Please give yourself a favor and don't take this company. THEY ARE THIEVES!

These people are treating me differently, my other friends from india got updates that their parcel will be sent soon as the embargo has been lifted, but except me everyone else received this confirmation from trakpak. Infact the worst part is i have been mailing them since a long time but all they say is we dont know currently and we are looking into it, they turn a bling eye towards me , on the other handthe retailers are also not refunding me they ask me to contact trakpak and trakpak simply ignores me. its like ive lost my money they ate upppp! no single appropriate replly they ever gave me. but for my friend they said that the embargo in india ended on 3 rd august but for me there was no single updates, for others the parcels have already cleared customs but trakpak decided to screw me alone... Packages shipped by this company are a bit slower than standard mailing companies; however, the packages will still be delivered. Delivery from eCentral Global Netherlands said it'd be 5 days but it took 25 days. It's a global pandemic, so, stuff happens.

Tad Sceptical but Actually Okay!
Was a tad sceptical after reading these bad reviews and fully prepared for my Garmin Fenix 5S Plus watch to arrive a month later. However, it arrived a 8 days later (rather than within a week) from RunningXpert without fault. Very pleased!
Bike frame from Wiggle delivered on time.
Ordered a bike frame from Wiggle, and since they don't ship to my country, had to ship it through Russia. I was worried a bit because of the bad reviews, but everything was great, goods delivered exactly the date estimated, and, most importantly, no dealing with customs or postal office or anything like that, which was critical since the parcel forwarding service I used wouldn't deal with anything like that.

I ordered from Cult Beauty on the 13th of June. My parcel was due to arrive on the 3rd of July and I still haven't received anything. My update on my parcel have been the same since the 16th of June, it says outbound customs cleared! I emailed them and they're blaming Covid, and they cannot tell me when my parcel will be shipped. Very disappointed! I will never order from Cult Beauty if they keep on using this courier company!!!!

Lost Product???
I ordered a bike from Merlin Cycles 4 weeks ago. After being built it showed it was dispatched on 7 April as MER7823GB0002793600. As well the shipping was an additional $125. Since then the only update it has shown is Event Code 198 Trakpak Processing Center. I have called twice and the message says they are not receiving phone calls at this time. I have emailed, and never received a response back. Please notify me of what the hold up is. I see other patrons have made purchases after me and already received there product.

Absolute garbage!
I have ordered two bikes at Wiggle, both were despatched on the same day (09.04.2020).
One with DHL, other with Trakpak. Why one with Trakpak (ask Wiggle)? Fact is that bike shipped with DHL arriwed on 14.04.2020.

So about 3 weeks ago I've ordered a bike for my friend, to give him an option over public transport and a means of exercise in times like these. The processing on the sellers' side (shoutout Wiggle.com) was pretty fast, even though it's a bike... In about 2 days it was processed and they've given it over to TrakPak. That's where the shitshow begins. TrakPak processed it in a day, I was like "wow that's nice, he might even be able to get it early next week!" How foolish. So I checked the tracking every night I went to sleep, and it never really updated from "Routed to destination". It was pretty strange, other delivery services offer pretty detailed tracking, TrakPak is literally the same as not even tracking your package. That's a bit too far, you say... No, it is not. So the delivery date according to the sellers F.A.Q. and information was 24th March. On 23th I've contacted TP to ask what's up, cause it hasn't even entered my country and the delivery was next day, they said they're gonna raise an investigation, but they are unable to inform me directly cause of the agreement with Wiggle, so I contacted them afterwards as well. To their credit, TP's customer service agent's, Brigita's response was quick, kind and informational, but my case was still far from solved. Again, shoutout to Wiggle, they are doing their absolute best to keep me updated and informed, John at the shipping team is very understanding and responds quickly to my mails. So after contacting Wiggle, they said they got in contact with TP, and the investigation is in progress... It has been 4 days since that investigation started and there's still no information about the package. So my guess, but again, this is a GUESS, TP lost my 21kg package and they don't wanna admit it or they genuinely don't know where it is. I don't know which one is worse. Not like proving this guess wrong would result in over 1 star, but I am still looking forward to my bud receiving this package and how this "investigation" results. If my package arrives, I will rethink this rating, cause of the customer service experience, but I doubt it ever happens.
TrakPak delivers, albeit can seem to be slow
TrakPak delivers, but it can be seen as slow. When I ordered from China, the virus situaton was already at its peak there and in Europe, cases started to shoot up. Still I got my watch in a little over two weeks. Hard to communicate with them sometimes, there are big gaps in updates of the parcel's status/position, but it is coming and mine arrived in a proper wrap, unharmed, intact. I would trust them with my parcel again, knowing it takes time and patience to get the order.
TrakPak is a Scam
I have never received a single order from Asos whenever they use TrakPak. When they use DHL? 10/10, the order always comes early or on time. With TrakPak there are no updates to your tracking, always showing "Departed Asos 218" for MONTHS well after the expected delivery date, and still hasn't shown up. Asos has used TrakPak on my orders twice, and twice I have never received my items. Where does it go? Do they just disappear into thin air? And Asos, do yourself a favour for your business and stop using them.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Not even worth one star, avoid at all cost. Been a month since my order due date, still no package. What a shame.
