Good prices and delivery was always very fast.

It arrived quickly and in perfect conditions. I highly recommend buying from Traininn.com. (I admit I was afraid it was scam but they are legit and professional + the quality of my ankle weights is from another level).

Shipping is expected to be way later than what it stays. Was meant to come in under 2 weeks now waited a whole month for shipping

Wasn’t informed that this company is outside the uk. Ordered some socks and they took over a week to arrive even though I paid £7.49 delivery that was supposed to be Royal Mail yet the tracker said the order was in mainland Europe!

My boots arrived perfectly in time and this website is my go to for all my boxing needs! I love Leone brand! Great website and service highly recommend it

Very disappointed. Ordered a trisuit which was needed by a certain date and delivery was promised well before this date however approaching the date now and the item has not left the Netherlands. As I am in Australia it will certainly not arrive in time now. It is very disappointing that they would promise delivery within a particular timeframe and fail to meet this.

Update based on reply from Traininn: I would never have ordered this item if the information had suggested that the item would not be SHIPPED until 12 Sep 2022 - it was supposed to ARRIVE by 12 Sep 2022. I understand there can be external factors that affect delivery but I placed the order 26 Aug 2022, and the delivery was expected 09 Sep - 12 Sep, so this is not a day or two difference.

Thieves!!!! Ordered a pair of trainers and returned as too small. Asked to pay £11 for return from the UK. After about 150 emails offered refund (and 3 months time) which is £11 less than I paid originally. When questioned I was told they charge for a label and for the return!!!!! Absolutely disgusting business and an official scam🤬order number R30825900

Quick delivery, good quality.

I never received ordered product. Ordered Nike shoes towards end June and I was supposed to receive them in the US within 9 days. I was charged and received a shipping update 06/30. After that there were no updates in the app nor any emails. I contacted Traininn mid-July and was told the product most likely was in customs and that I would receive another update shortly. To date (08/19) there has been no additional updates nor have I received my purchase. Do not buy from them!

I saw the negative reviews and we still took a gamble and it paid off. Goods arrived as they should in good time, we paid less for them than we would anywhere else and we are overall stoked!! Thanks so much Traininn would definitely order again.

Please avoid this web, don’t spend your hard-earned money on this Website; I paid £64.47 for two yoga body suits from the 22 of Jun until now 14 of August, and I never received the order. I requested a refund, but they keep saying that they are waiting for their product to return blah blah blah … What a big lesson for me to learn. Always be careful with online shopping with websites you know very well.

I bought a pair of shoes it took around 20 days to arrive, they charge me $22 as delivery fee.
The shoes didn't fit me and when I try to return me THEY CHARGE ME $77!!! JUST TO RETURN A PAIR OF SHOES!! that's just ridiculous, if you are not sure NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

You will never get any customer service beyond a generic excuse / apology suggesting that your customs are to blame or that Covid is to blame -
There are no tracking updates 6 weeks after supposed despatch !!
Either my parcel has been strapped to a fu*king bird enroute from Netherlands to Australia OR IT IS NEVER COMING.
DO NOT CHANCE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
They then respond to reviews as if to imply there will be a further investigation - This is merely an attempt to minimise the fall out from any publicised negative experience and bad review.
100% SCAM TACTIC

I've bought a white yoga set from Born Living Yoga on their website (description and pictures clearly showing it as white).
I've received a grey set instead and tried to complain with customer service that it was different from what shown on their page.
They have not so gently told me it was the set on their page and I could either return it at my expenses or keep it.
Just be very careful of what you buy, if you ever need to complain or return something they will find a way to screw you for a few extra pounds.

Despite the mixed reviews I had a pleasant experience with Traininn. Ordered a pair of trainers (much cheaper than in the UK even with postage) on 21 June, dispatched the next day arrived in the UK on 27 June and delivered 29 June. Trainers are in perfect condition really pleased with my purchase and would use again.
A tip from a previous review was really useful in that you can start using the Royal Mail tracking also to track progress using the package number.
