Disappointing Service

In response to my previous review, there about 25 messages of me following up on this order, asking for a refund, etc. I started sending these messages within three months of the order being placed. Traininn continually promised me that the order was on its way, but I don't believe it ever was.

GOT SCAMMED ON THE DELIVERY
Bought a £20 Adidas top, paid an extra £20+ for next day delivery as I needed it urgently, arrived a week later. No communication or apology or refund from the INN GROUP. I should have just stuck with the free delivery option which would taken a week as well.
Been burnt... I know for next time!
Avoid!!!

Quality product, speedy delivery, good price
Been scouring the internet for a metal bottle (away with plastic), most sites had expensive wares with high delivery costs for stuff made in the Far East. Traininn has European made, cheap and light aluminium bottles for only 6,- delivery costs... What a bargain. If I need anything related in the future I will be sure to check this site out.
