I genuinely believe Traffio is a fantastic product, particularly from a company/web end-user perspective. It brings so many parts of our day-to-day operations together in one place and has made managing a busy workforce much more streamlined.
From allocations and scheduling through to payroll, billing and work dockets, Traffio provides a clear and efficient workflow from start to finish. Having everything captured within the one system also provides excellent visibility and traceability, which is incredibly important when managing payroll, client billing and compliance.
The communication functionality is another major benefit. Being able to communicate directly with staff regarding allocations, availability and important updates makes managing a large workforce much easier.
I also really value having employee documentation, HR records, safety information, plans, permits and other operational documents accessible in one central location. Information is easy to locate when needed, while also providing a clear and traceable record of what has been communicated, uploaded and completed.
What really sets Traffio apart, though, is the people behind the product. The customer-facing team is absolutely amazing. Nothing ever seems too hard, and no question is treated as too difficult or unimportant. They genuinely listen to feedback and take everything on board.
If they don't immediately have the answer, the enquiry doesn't simply disappear into a void. They will find the answer, suggest a workaround, investigate further or raise it with the development team where appropriate and, importantly, they actually come back to you with an update or outcome. That level of follow-through makes a huge difference and gives you confidence that feedback is genuinely being heard.
