I rarely use this

I rarely use this. its very expensive. Even with the trainings you forget what the tools do and how to best utilize them. I really wish they had step by step trainings with real examples of how to really use the product. They basically tell you where things are and what its supposed to do but no real world application showing it worked, or how to best use. I have tried Co-Pilot, ratings, constant cash flow, and options 360. Paid for all of these different services and I have not made my money back from using any of them. That is the real world scenario I have experienced.

TradeSmith is clownshow rife with…

TradeSmith is clownshow rife with deceptive trading practices. There 90 "satisfaction guaranteed refund" is a fraud. The way their "game" works is: 1) They offer their promotions as big discounts (usually $1,500) 2) when you go to cancel (and want switch to a different program) they offer to do so at the "retail" mark up (which no one EVER pays) - thus making your refund worthless.

Wonderful onboarding experience today! Thank you Devin & Avy!

Today Devin helped me to register for my first service with TradeSmith. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions. He made the whole onboarding process very easy and comfortable.
A little while later I called back with a question and spoke with Avy. She was also terrific! She was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the site and other services TradeSmith offers.

I am super happy with the level of support TradeSmith offers and am looking forward to working with them when needed in order to develop my trading experience.

I'd also like to mention that I very much appreciate Keith Kaplan's sincere, direct and friendly approach as he explains the company and services he leads. His example filters through his company workers. I am happy to endorse TradeSmith to others.

Buyer beware Watch out for those Trial offers.

I originally subscribed thru Stansberry Research in 2018. I didn't care for it and let the trial expire in 2019. I did pay for the trial. I don't recommend it. Never used it after that point in time. They are aware that it was not used after that point in time. They had me on auto renewal on an email I didn't use for 6 years and I didn't authorize Auto renewal. And they refunded 1 out 5 years.

Excellent service and hopefully a few means to make more income, to make getting old easier.

I'm 71 and mentally and physically failing. I normally try not to engage in conversation until after noon but Jason's deal was important and the previous night, three of my credit cards were declined. I called and Collin somehow understood what I was trying to convey to him. He was professional, thorough, polite, and most importantly he had a sense of humor. When I become nervous, I speak in tongues and Southern tongues to make understanding me, quite difficult. He did so, and never once did I feel he was talking down to me. I owned a business, so I know a little about people. My clients were the richest of the rich in my city and I good see Collin dealing with them and their peculiarities with no problems. I think it's a gift to deal with all socio-economic classes and make all feel as if that person is, will be the most important person he will speak to all day. I'm not easy to deal with, but Collin made Tradesmith the most professional finance publishing business I've dealt with. Don't waste his talents. J. Michael Cranford

Lousy, expensive, Tradesmith!!!!

I have been with Tradesmith for a year now. I had 2 of their premium subscriptions and didn't even come close to making my money back on them, let alone make enough money to go another year. Money Movers is one of the most pathetic con games I've ever had the misfortune to be part of. Nothing but room for improvement here. Save your money,your time, and all the headachs!!!!!!!!

Support by Avy

The support person, Avy, was extremely knowledgeable, and patient, and determined to get me what I was looking for. It wasn't enough that we got to the individual publication but she was determined to help me get that one particular screen that I saw during the presentation that I watched. She tried different approaches and was, humble enough to say that she was going to ask her colleagues, when we were not getting what I was looking for. Finally took about 15 minutes but she delivered. I have previous experiences where the support person suggests: "just go back to where we were and 'play around' to see if you might run into what you had seen and want to access."
Avy needs to be acknowledged for how she performed; and commended for not giving up (as I have experienced with other support persons but NOT with Tradesmith).

Me thinks these reviews are fraudulent. Either all 5 Star Raving Reviews which is NOT NORMAL or 1 Star Reviews. Incidentally, how are almost ALL THE REVIEWS DONE IN JANUARY, again not believable.

Shame shame. How can people make an informed decision when you create fake reviews?

Eric was great

Eric was great! He was able to answer each of my questions and provide explanations as to how and why. Eric also went further to make certain I understood even more than I knew to ask. Waste of time and I threw $49 away

Bought into this and all I got was tons of emails from so many different investors it made my head turn. I didn't know which one I bought into.
Wrote to them to ask to receive the report I bought for $49 mailed to me, but they didn't even answer. They won't mail out one report for $49. Are you kidding me? Every day I get emails from at least 10 different sites because they sold off my information. Don't fall for it because it'll drive you crazy just trying to keep your inbox clean.
I even told them that I would pay for the postage but that I didn't have a printer to print out report.
Honestly for someone that doesn't really understand this it's overwhelming. I asked them which emails I should be reading, no answer. Honestly if I didn't know who Eric Frye was I think he was a scammer. The people that work for him are useless and this was nothing more than garbage.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Cathy. I took a look at your account and it appears you purchased a subscription to a product with our friends at InvestorPlace and received complimentary access to one of TradeSmith's software products.

After reviewing this with InvestorPlace, I can confirm that a representative did reply to your email on 12/19/2023. The report you requested was made available to you in your confirmation email, however, you can also access the report when you're logged into investorplace.com. Since the products are digital, InvestorPlace would not have the ability to mail you each report as opposed to the scheduled emails. I have also asked that they update your email preferences to prevent any additional promotional emails from being sent to you. You are always in control of the emails you receive and can click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email to update your preferences.
