We have been using Tradeprint for several years now. Always found them helpful. Even an order with a small issue was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Kevin Geoghegan has many times been able to guide us through any difficulties we may be having with our order or artwork, soon gets it sorted!

I can't fault the help and customer service our Business Development Executive Kevin gives. We order through him weekly for the last 2 - 3 years, and it's always easy to do. When issues do arise he goes out his way to help us out.

Kevin and the team at Tradeprint are always very helpful with custom orders,. Fast delivery, great communication, never any issues, great customer service . I would highly recommend Tradeprint.

Ordered brochures for an event with plenty of time to print and deliver including for issues. Realised 3 days before the event that the brochures hadn’t arrived. They were still saying ‘ready to print’ on the system. Apparently a system glitch meant they never went into production. Phone operator couldn’t help get the order expressed through and a promised call from a manager never materialised. I had to go to an alternative printer on next day delivery which cost my business £300 in unrecoverable costs. Refund received, but no apology at all.

Kev and the team at Tradeprint are great, super helpful and reliable.

We have used Tradeprint for the Westhill Bulletin quarterly magazine since the winter 2024 issue. They provide a quicker & cheaper service than the previous printer and no issues with quality of production
