DPD messed up my delivery. WTTB went above and beyond to make sure I had my products on time. Extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Unusual to see such commitment to customers, delighted with the service.

I am extremely impressed by the professional service provided by WTTB. The final book was supplied exactly as quoted to a very high standard of print and binding quality, on time and packaged to minimise the possibility of damage. I would have no hesitation in recommending WTTB.

I've used this company for a good few years, for a wide range of promotional items, and have always been happy with the end results. I designed a rather special, hard back book of my watercolour illustrations, and took a while to decide on who to produce the books...very important. I'm so glad ~I went with WTTB: their turned the project round in less than the quoted deadline, delivered the books well packaged, and the final books are such superb quality. Delighted is an understatement.

Their service is incredibly fast, the print quality is always excellent, and they consistently deliver exactly what I need. On the rare occasion there’s an issue, their customer service team go out of their way to put things right and provide top‑quality support. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the work they produce.

Lost a 5 year customer over a set of cards. Said it may crack a little on the uv at the edge and that I should move UV in 2mm, yet the UV peels off nearly 15mm. That's a curing problem, not a trimming problem.

I have to be honest the quality of print is excellent without a doubt, however this time i was messed around with the turn around. I was promised 10th of April, which delayed without being given a reason, then when i emailed and called i was promised a upgrade to Saturday delivery. Saturday came and went, and again no delivery. I was expecting it Monday, when i called i was promised again next day only to be called later on to say there was a problem with the cover. The £10 i paid for the technical check was a waste of time, as the cover issue was ignored and then printed incorrectly, which caused more delays (again nobody told me it was a issue).

After all this fiasco, i didnt even get a proper apology, whenever an issue came up with my previous company, not only did i get compensation but even extra books free!

Ridiculous service now, when once a upon a time it was excellent. They really have gone down the hill sorry to say. Not sure if i will be using them again.

Excellent service. Uploaded artwork thursday afternoon, job back Saturday afternoon. Good quality, sensible price. This firm is my first choice every time.

I have been using WTTB for printing various materials for an amateur dramatics group I am a member of, including posters, flyers and programmes. I have been responsible for publicity materials for the group, including for our productions, for many years now. I have gotten posters (A4 & A5) and programmes (both saddle stitched and folded leaflets) ordered from WTTB, and the finished products have always arrived on time and of great quality.

Delivery was good and turnaround time good but the print quality could have been better and was better on my last run of the same exact same design on the exact same paper (repeat order). My flyers have white spots on the front side which seems like the printer missed little patches in the paper texture but it didn't have that look the last time so I'm a little disappointed this time as this order is double the quantity of my previous based on the quality last time.
