Tried to purchase 5 accounts
I went on Tradeify to purchase multiple accounts. The system showed only the ability to purchase a single account. I question the chat AI about this. I stated that I required help in purchasing multiple accounts. The AI stated that this was not possible. I was required to purchase each account individually. I made the initial purchase and returned to order the additional accounts. I was now offered the ability to purchase 5 accounts at a discount for bulk ordering. I questioned the AI again, asking why I had been misdirected and what could be done to help me complete the order of a total of 5 accounts at the discounted price. The AI now informed me there was no way for me to add the additional 4 accounts to get the offered discount cost for the purchase of 5 accounts. I was connected to a live agent. I asked one Q: " Can you review the chat?" This question was never answered. The agent requested my account data, and I provided it. The agent responded with a "canned" response about forwarding the issue and left the chat without ever answering the only question I had. Later on, a different issue, I was connected to a different agent who answered my questions and stayed with me to make sure that all of my concerns were heard. The 1st interaction showed little to no care for a new client. The 2nd interaction gave me a level of hope that someone did indeed care about customer service

Pending verification process for days
During automated verification process I couldn’t find how to allow the camera to do the livelyness check. Since then for 4 days the verification is under progress. I contacted customer service and got a ticket created but for last 2 days no response from them although I see them online in chat window. Now I am eligible for 6k payout but can't request that because of Sumsub pending verification, which according to them should just take couple of hours.Bad customer care nonetheless!!

Although it was slow and painful, but eventually Steve worked with me, reset the verification process and then I could complete it fast and got the payout approved and sent in 1 hr.So revised the rating to 4.

So far Tradeify has been great. Fair rules, excellent platform. Ive used most other top firms. I qualified and submitted a request for my payout. Next day I had a rep, Rocio, reach out and tell me to essentially hurry up and fill out my payment form and she'd get me paid that day. Got it done. Got the confirmation about 30 mins later. Payout was approved in exactly one hour. No other firm is going to reach out to you that fast and encourage you to get paid. I promise. 5 stars all the way. This is my first account with them. Love their dashboard interface as well. Thanks Rocio and Tradeify!

I am a new member of Tradify and…
I am a new member of Tradify and experienced a trading violation very soon in to my trading. However, I was extreamly impressed with the way Akshaj in customer support helped me in rectifying an error in my trading. Akshaj and the Development Team reviewed my account and re-instated the account but also gave me great guidence in going forward to prevent the same event occuring again. I wish all customer support was so responsive and understanding to new members as Tradify Funding.
