I accidentally bought a account without a discount code and they gave me a refund for the difference

i most definitely recommend tradeify. On my first purchase of an acct i had an issue the platform. I purchased a wealthcharts acct but was given a tradovate acct but as soon as i contacted support they wasted no time at all resolving the matter. As a person who hates customer service this was the best support i have ever dealt with. Pranav was the best. thank you again for the smooth support.

I used to have a lot of faith in them but being how I witnessed them lie to a trader to get them to remove chargebacks...I'm disgusted that they can't keep their word. It shows traders are not the priority at Tradeify, but their own greed.

Tradeify responded to my review claiming they "offered a path to reinstate" and I "then filed chargebacks." This is a deliberate misrepresentation of what happened.

I wish Trustpilot allowed me to upload the actual email screenshots - they would prove every word I'm saying and expose Tradeify's lies.

No trader would file chargebacks if Tradeify simply:

Reinstated accounts as promised, OR
Distinguished accidental mistakes from intentional violations, OR
Applied proportional penalties instead of total forfeiture
I even stated EXPLICITLY in my emails - both BEFORE and AFTER withdrawing chargebacks - that if any funds accidentally came to me due to issues with the withdrawal process, I would return them to Tradeify immediately.

I was willing to do the right thing. I offered to return any money that came my way. I withdrew my disputes in good faith based on their promise.

Their response? Silence. Then permanent closure.

They claim they "engaged in good faith." I have emails proving I offered to return funds if needed. Where is THEIR good faith? They took my compliance and gave me nothing but broken promises.

THE ACTUAL TIMELINE (I have emails proving every word):

April 10: Tradeify terminates my 5 accounts for 11-second "hedging violation"

April 15: I file credit card disputes AND send formal demand to Tradeify

April 15: Tradeify's Amir offers reinstatement: "We are reinstating all five accounts as a one-time courtesy"

April 16: Amir says accounts can't be restored until chargebacks are withdrawn

April 16: Steve confirms IN WRITING: "Once Chase confirms the disputes have been withdrawn and the funds are back with us, we will restore all five accounts with their balances intact, as previously committed."

April 16: I call Chase and WITHDRAW ALL CHARGEBACKS based on their promise

April 17: I provide Chase documentation proving withdrawal

April 21: Alexandra responds: "The account will remain permanently closed... This decision is final."

DO YOU SEE THE FRAUD?

Tradeify's response makes it sound like:

"We offered reinstatement → He filed chargebacks → We terminated"

THE TRUTH IS:

"I filed chargebacks → They offered reinstatement IF I withdrew → I WITHDREW → They broke their promise"

They induced me to surrender my consumer protections with a promise they never intended to keep. This is textbook fraudulent inducement.

TRADEIFY SAID: "We engaged in good faith throughout"

REALITY: Good faith means honoring your written commitments. Steve wrote "we will restore all five accounts with their balances intact." They didn't. That's not good faith - that's fraud.

TRADEIFY SAID: "Initiating chargebacks triggers automatic, irreversible termination"

REALITY: Then why did you OFFER REINSTATEMENT after I filed chargebacks? Why did you tell me to withdraw them and promise to restore my accounts? You can't claim termination is "irreversible" AFTER you promised to reverse it.

TRADEIFY SAID: "Applied uniformly regardless of balance or profitability"

REALITY: You offered ME reinstatement. You made ME withdraw chargebacks. Then you refused. If termination is "automatic and irreversible," why did you make an exception to get me to drop my disputes?

THE PATTERN:

Terminate profitable account
When trader fights back, offer reinstatement
Demand trader withdraw chargebacks first
Once chargebacks are withdrawn, refuse reinstatement
Keep the money AND remove trader's legal protection
TO OTHER TRADERS:

Tradeify's public response proves they're willing to lie. They twisted the timeline to make themselves look reasonable. I have the email chain proving every date and every quote above.

If they promise you reinstatement in exchange for withdrawing chargebacks - GET IT IN A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT FIRST. Their word, even in writing from their support team, means nothing.

You said you "stand by how this was handled." Good. Stand by it in arbitration. I've filed. See you there.

Your emails are evidence. Your public lies are evidence. Keep talking.

Stable and reliable firm

I am about to complete my second payout and I must say, the rules are fair and transparent. The dashboard helps one keep track of risk and the payouts are prompt.

Customer service is amongst the worst in the industry. Taking whole weeks between interactions. If you email their support, you will get an AI response that puts in the ticket cue anyway. Pretty useless.
