5* from start to finish
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Tracks and couldn’t recommend more highly.
I purchased a 2022 Swift Sport from Jack, which was a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for more from a sales consultant, very straightforward and well taken care of.
After collection, I noticed a small noise from the suspension when going over speed bumps. This was booked in promptly and looked over by the service department. Again, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service.
Overall, Tracks have been great to do business with and I will gladly drive the 70 miles to them for servicing and perhaps a future car purchase.

The salesperson ( Jack ) was very helpful. Was very helpful with my trading car, he could not give me much for it so arranged to go to a buy any car just up the road. Sorted that out. Pick up the car a few days later, no hassle and bought a service plan. I would recommend this company.

My car developed a fault with the Automatic Gear system. They identified the fault, rang me with an update and had it repaired within 5 days, and all covered by a warranty.
I’m so glad I have a Service Plan with them .

Major mechanical issues less than a year after purchase
I purchased a car from this garage and approximately 10 months later it has developed a significant mechanical issue.
A month or so ago we started to experience issues with the automatic gearbox - namely failing to go into gear....this was extremely alarming (and dangerous) as the car came to a stop in busy traffic.
A condition report has been obtained and faults identified. Unfortunately the cost of repair is almost equal to current list price of my vehicle.
I am extremely disappointed to find that a car of low milage has developed such a significant issue within 10 months of buying the car, which raises concerns as to whether this was present (or developing) at point of purchase.
I contacted the garage to raise the issue and seek clarification. They advised that they do not accept responsibility and consider the matter closed.
I understand that issues can arise with used vehicles, however I am sharing this experience so that prospective customers are aware and can make an informed decision, including carrying out independent checks prior to purchase.

For clarity, during the first ten months of ownership we were not made aware of any concerns relating to the gearbox. At the point of sale, the vehicle underwent a rigorous multi-point mechanical and electrical inspection, with no issues identified. The car was supplied with a comprehensive warranty, and the option to extend this cover was offered both at purchase and again upon expiry but was declined.
While we fully appreciate your disappointment, issues can unfortunately arise with used vehicles over time that were not present or detectable at the point of sale. Extended warranty options are available precisely to provide additional peace of mind beyond the initial cover period.
We regret that this situation has left you feeling dissatisfied, as that is never our intention. We value transparency and encourage customers to ask questions, carry out checks, and consider warranty options that best suit their needs.
