Always welcoming and I know people might say yes because they want to take your money from you but you don't have to go there for a service and mot. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. It looked cleaner and newer after the complimentary wash and vac!
The friendly staff talked me through the results of the service with helpful advice.

My first visit
I bought my vehicle from a local garage which held a Suzuki franchise. That was taken away/lost and as a result, to maintain its warranty, I now have to make a round trip of 90/100 miles on horrendous pot holed roads. I don't mind doing that to have some peace of mind that Suzuki may offer some support if there is a failure on the vehicle. I cannot fault the staff, very friendly and polite, staff appear to be helpful and genuine. Far better than going to a large franchise dealership. All the facilities were at my disposal. It was a much better experience than some of the more 'up market' vehicle manufacturer dealerships. I can only mark my visit to Tracks down on one thing (which doesn't deserve the loss of a star.) Because I spend a lot of time caring for my car and I do not want it to experience a pressure washer and/or traffic film remover. That was endorsed on the job sheet, but sadly, staff were in auto and I went back to my car which was in a worse visual condition than it was when it went in. I now have to wash and wax it again. Enthusiastic staff didn't look at the job sheet. I have already booked next years service.
