From start to finish the process was so easy, Jack guided us through the cars spec and finance, there was never pressure to buy extra things, the car was perfect, we were kept up to date with all stages, they were even honest about trading in my old car, This is my second purchase and I have recommended several people to go to Tracks Exeter because they treat you and your car with respect and kindness,

Arrived at Tracks of Exeter and informed the health check, etc, would be around 45 minutes. Had coffee from their coffee machine while we waited, and read some of their car magazines. 45 minutes later car ready to go, and it
was cleaned and polished making it look almost brand new! Well done Tracks!

Service and MOT
Tracks had my Suzuki Celerio in for a service and MOT. I have been visiting Tracks for 6 years since I bought the car from them. Anita who deals with the process was friendly and helpful as always. I was given a three hour time slot and the car was ready well within the time. They found no issues with my car and it was returned all cleaned in perfect condition. Also with the good news Suzuki now offer a 10 year warranty at no extra cost. Everything about the experience inspires confidence and I never regret buying my Suzuki from Tracks of Exeter and will continue to trust them to look after my car.

Super customer service
Our car (Suzuki Swift) needed some attention to an electrical part which Tracks (Pete on customer orders) has helped me monitor for some time. So today a replacement was fitted. Both Pete and Anita Hill are always helpful, informative and friendly. Even had the car valeted whilst in their care. I cannot praise the customer service here more highly.
