Car was fixed and returned to me by 09.30 same day.
Absolutely fantastic service honestly can't thank them enough.

An annoying and intermitent Squeak !
I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment and i had to bring it in on 2 occaisions before the problem was diagnosed correctly. Once the prpblem was identified it wad fized very quickly.

Brilliant
The friendliness, and also there was no pressure. They understand that buying a car is a big deal and they wanted to make sure you made the right decision. They offered me a car for 24 hours as a test drive. Can't fault the experience I enjoyed the process and there was nothing they wouldn't do for you. When I picked up the car it was all explained how to use it and also there was 3 other employees who was really pleased for you. You certainly are a part of the Suzuki family and it's great.

Customer Service is second to none
This was not my first visit to Tracks and i have to say that they go out of their way to make the whole experience of purchasing a car exceptionally. This is why they keep winning the awards for best Customer Satisfaction. All the staff a friendly and very helpfully and cannot do enough to assist you. They are not pushy and there is no hard sell. The Suzuki range of cars are great with many options fitted as standard, that many other manufacturers charge you extra for. I have used a few garages in my life and a few manufacturers, but i dont think i will ever be leaving tracks. A+++++
