Tracks Suzuki Exeter Reviews 

I had a very good experience at Tracks in Exeter. Royce was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a car we had seen online. A non pushy and honest approach to car sales led us to buy the car we viewed. On collecting the car we were seen by another member of staff, Jack, who was equally helpful. He was efficient and gave me a tutorial on the vehicle, which again was very beneficial. He also made me feel I could ring him with any queries at all about the car as I’d gone from an old vehicle to something very modern. I feel that the experience at Tracks was extremely positive and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you!

Jack was extremely helpful when we first called in just to look at cars. When we had to buy a car a few weeks later after ours was written off, we went straight back to Exeter to buy the car. Jack was very thorough in telling us all about the car we wanted, answering all my stupid questions!! The pick up on the day was very smooth, everything was ready to go.

Left car for service and MOT - Tracks kept me informed along the way while I went into town. Car beautifully clean and all done when I got back.

Had reservations when I spoke to Rhys that the job was fixed but spoke with The technician Jamie? Went through problem and simulated it again he was brilliant I am testing it at the moment and will report back

I have just taken delivery of a new e-vitara from Tracks (exeter) and very pleased with the whole process.
Dan was extremely helpful with any questions i had and and were promptly sorted.
The whole team at Tracks are a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to many years of service from them.

The car was booked in for investigation of a small water leak and the problem was quickly resolved and car when picked up had been washed and clean internally,second time I have used Tracks and service has been spot on both times.

The service I received from a member of staff Ollie Westwood.
His review of my car gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be done now and also for the future so I could plan for what may need to be done in my next service.
My car came back to me extremely clean (which I was grateful for).

Hi ive just bought a car from tracks it was a real pleasure to do so jack who dealt wuth my sale was a very friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble always on the end the phone or text message or email for questions he went above and beyond and delivered everything he said he would in preparing the car and getting it ready for me to collect and helping me through the process of buying my car I would 100% reccomend buying a car from tracks
