Item went through the postal system and was reported as delivered. A week later it still has not been, this is “tracking” with zero responsibility as there is no way to trace the item online.
Manipulates eBay shipment tracking to show as being delivered when in essence NOTHING is delivered. You are out your money and any protections eBay may offer. A SCAM!
