So I have been dealing with Trac since 2022 and at first it started good, they released music timely and when royalties came in they paid. We had an issue with them closing my account and then they reopened it. When I submitted issues to Support they responded though they took a long time, they still resolved the issue.
My most recent experience is the fact I sent a request 3 months ago asking for my royalties as I do every 4 months. They still have yet to give me a response and when I ask for their legal department information they refuse to provide me the details. I am very upset because I am independent and put my music on their platform and they are withholding my funds. For this they get 0 stars and I will be going to the BBB and my lawyer is looking up information to sue them for my royalties.

My experience with them for two years was not good at all, and I always had problems with withdrawing profits and their payment system is very bad. My Pro account must be paid every month, but there is always a delay when the profits appear, with a delay of up to 4 months sometimes. During this period, I always contact support. But the support is very bad, which caused me anxiety. After that, payment was delayed for 3 months. When I contacted them, the response was very late. They deleted my account and withheld my royalties. They say the reason is copyright infringement, but I never violated any rights. The bottom line is this company is not good at all for artists. I do not recommend it for beginners who need financial support

Honestly the customer service response time is just great.
Free plan no longer exists, even though it is advertised as available on their website.
I recently signed up for an account at trac.co so I could distribute my music for free. Everywhere I have looked on the trac.co website has given the indication that whilst there were paid plans available, they also had a completely free option. So, upon going to the subscriptions tab on my account, I was surprised to see that my account was set by default to the "Pro" plan and the site was asking for payment details. I contacted customer support to ask how to switch to the free plan, and was told that the free plan no longer existed. I think this is super disingenuous and now I have to go through the hassle of deleting my trac.co account and deleting my trac created profiles on music sites.
Edit: It appears as though trac.co attempted to take down my review, claiming that it contained “harmful or illegal content” even though it is obviously neither.

I wasted my time trying this…
I wasted my time trying this distribution, here is why:
I wanted to move my release from another distribution to track (since I liked that they pay in crypto) and the first step I contacted them and the support guided me that first I have to delete my single and then upload it on track. I did what the support had guided me but then it went days for the release to be rejected with "the single has been distributed before, provide proofs". I was confused since I spoke with them from the beginning and they told me to remove it, now dealing with them for two weeks in the end they removed my account. I lost streams with them telling me to remove it and being slow in communication for two weeks. I've sent them proofs to support, every reply email they sent me it was like a different person who didn't know the situation and I had to send the same proofs and information twice.
Short story horrible experience and I know for sure they are going to reply to this and make it seem like I'm wrong here as they did to other reviews.
I will make a youtube video and show everything.
Edit: They refunded me only after i described my horrible experience here on trustpilot. Still they wasted weeks of time for my music and hundreds of dollars of revenue comparing my songs performance from the other company i was in.

Trac closed out my account arbitrarily, and has absconded with the funds it owes me. Their 3rd party analytics company FUGA confirmed for me that the earnings accrued for me on behalf of Trac, that they sent to Trac, don't match.
Trac claims to have the business model that you can pay a la carte for various services like using YouTube's ContentID to receive collected royalties from them. I bought those features. Same with Instagram. None of it delivered as promised, and then there was foul play. The website also has a TERRIBLE interface, that changes quite regularly, and with little transparency into how its supposedly collecting or reporting our payouts.
Reaching out to the customer service is a small nightmare. Incompetence and dishonestly is the norm. Expect things like template letters back to you that don't address your problem, going around in circles, and conflicting answers from different customer service people. I remember one instance for example (that I have documented in email) where one customer service rep, told me me one thing, then the same day, an additional one emailed me telling me the opposite. 3 months later, they still hadn't reconciled their different understanding. Events like that were frequent. Someone else in these reviews here said that it is always like they are stalling on purpose, buying time. That is the exact same way I would describe it, since they use so many word games, or send letters back that weirdly don't acknowledge what you ask. The founder himself, did the same thing to me, mirroring the customer service team.
So after last quarter ended, when my earnings came in, about $400-800 of earnings was seemingly missing based on about 200,000 streams that were unaccounted for. I emailed the company asking about this. The email back was that there were some technical problems, and to reach out to them in six weeks. I patiently accepted that and waited and did as instructed. 6 weeks later though, I was simply told "our earnings are correct". Over the next 10 days, no one ever gave me any direct answers or anything close to it, where my 200,000 streams went. I even got gaslighted, being told I just didn't know the music industry, rather than an explanation otherwise. When I diplomatically owned up to being new, that was oddly thrown back in my face, the cornerstone of scammer/fraudster behavior.
Another day, a different customer service rep referred me to a specific line she said was in the Trac contract. She sent me a link to the TOS. Bizarrely, the line was not actually in it, she had made the whole thing up. I indeed have a screenshot of both her email, and the TOS.
After all this, I reached out to the founder on Linkedin. He would "gaslight" me and play word games when I would press him where some 200,000 missing music plays went and why the customer service team couldn't answer my questions. I calmly told him that I was new to the world of the music industry, and asked him if he could please explain to me. This is when an on-the-level founder, of a healthy startup, would explain to the customer what their misunderstanding was. This never happened. Consistent with other complaints here on Trustpilot about Trac, the founder simply told me he decided I was getting thrown off the platform, rather than try to help figure out with me where my missing earnings went. He didn't even acknowledge that I wanted to know. It was more akin to, he had been caught—in what, I don't know— and simply wanted to distance himself from me.
Judging by my experience, and others I read about here, this is likely a boiler room operation. I suspect our earnings are being pocketed from the 3rd party company they use (called FUGA), otherwise the founder would simply explain what the misunderstanding was and there would not be the length bizarre behavior like the odd runarounds from him and customer service and word game answers. It's worth nothing, that it was several back and forths between the founder ( I have the documentation of that too) with the founder before he severed ties with me. At one point he sent me a bizarre "good luck" rather than answer my simple question about my missing revenue.
If I had to guess, my guess is that Trac will come back here trying to placate my review with something like "this user used fake streams" or whatever else they might incept, as I see that's a popular response that they have written back. I can show anyone the documentation, that behind the scenes, whatever they write like that will be false, as it won't be what they were telling me, as I saved it all.
I will open up a complaint to the BBB and encourage others to do the same.
I would like to get together with some of the others here who feel they have been wronged, and had earnings mysteriously not delivered. Someone needs to investigate this company.

Be aware that Trac.co does not care about you!
I have used Trac.co for more than 2 years.
Most of the time I was "okay" with the absolutely unfinished website (many things where not working).
Now that they have changed their whole service I have to say: STAY AWAY!
My Account got locked 2 weeks ago for no given reason.
I opened 3 support tickets because they just close them without answering properly. (#16505,
#16486, #16243).
The only answers youll get are generic copy-paste texts trying to play for time.
I am highly dissappointed as Trac.co is currently harming my artist management company.
And now I want to speak to Trac.co directly.
I have tried everything I can do to solve this without the need to involve legal authorities and taking this out to public.
But I have no other option anymore. I am still available if you want to get in touch.
I dont want to use your service ever again, but I want access to my account so I can move the music to a different distribution solution.

Theyr monthly pro plan is s**t they promise weekly payouts and not sending even reports i got my account locked with no reason i cannot login to it anymore they are really S**t service never use them!

This is one of the best music distributor I have come across so far. It's also simple and easy to upload your music. Thanks to trac.co because now I can also see my songs on all media platforms.

I think Trac.co is good đistributor. If you use Pro plan, your musics reviewed very fast (1 -2 days) but they have some problems about payment. They say "paid weekly" but not true. I use their service 4 months and receive twice. They say that they only pay when the balance is not zero but it only update after 3 months
Now I request my money to pay out and they not reply my email. Thank you for you reading.
