Absolutely abysmal service from Tome

My opinion: Absolutely abysmal service from Tome. The performance is downright pathetic. They double-charged my account, and it took weeks for their so-called 'customer service' to even respond. Even after I canceled, they still had the nerve to charge me again. Never again! For the money you waste here, you’re better off buying food or setting it on fire—literally anything is a better use of your cash than spending it on this. Avoid at all costs!
