Mr. Xia is a scammer using whatsapp (ending 1413). The platform TPMTPO is a complete fraud.

The scam operates by contacting victims via WhatsApp (starting area code 213) , where scammers build a relationship and gain the victim’s trust. Once the victim feels comfortable, they are invited to use the TPMTPO platform, which falsely shows high profits from digital coin investments.

This is a classic example of a "pig butchering" scam — where scammers gradually “fatten” the victim by showing fake gains, then manipulate them into depositing more and more money.

Victims are later told they must pay various fake fees — such as taxes or withdrawal charges — before they can access their funds. Some are even threatened with accusations of money laundering if they don’t comply.

The entire platform is fake. It is not regulated, and all communication and transactions are controlled by the scammers.
It’s unclear why this fraudulent website is still online, but it should be taken down immediately to prevent further victims.
