Redline finance Toyota has got to be…

Redline finance Toyota has got to be the worst call company I’ve ever dealt with.

Never answer the phone get to number 2 in the queue and get cut off or get to 1 in the queue and get an automated message to say they won’t answer.

Don’t think I’ve ever dealt with any company so bad, spend hours on hold no answer, ask for call back never happens, emails no reply despite saying two days.

They need investigating and dealing with if I wanted to settle finance or return the vehicle you have no chance at all.

Completely pointless service.

I can’t give it zero stars and even that would be too generous.

They have the worst customer service!

They have the worst customer service. My bank sent a check to buy out my lease. Three weeks passed. No indication that the truck was paid off. I called four times and was on hold one hour each time. I finally spoke to a rep who admitted that they had my check but were a little backed up processing it. Four weeks have passed and no action. I probably will not buy a Toyota agian.

The worst costumer service in the…

The worst costumer service in the world, trying to get through when you have a problem will take weeks, nobody answer the phone, they just keep you on hold and when you're next in the queue the call cuts off. I was trying to sort my finance out and after 1 months still struggling to get in contact with them, shame of a company.

I had an accident on the 23rd of December. I only owed $1,700 left on the car that I was financing and my car got totaled. My insurance company is settling for $9,725, but Toyota financial is holding it up because they have to do a review. Why is it any of Toyota Financials business how much money I'm getting and how dare they slow my check down. I will never do business with Toyota financial again!

Would give 0 if I could

Would give 0 if I could.
November 23 they agreed voluntary termination of lease agreement for my dad. No money to pay due to being a vulnerable customer. He signed the form and sent it back. Car wasn’t collected despite chasing several times. 4 weeks later my dad died. Still no collection of car. They have gone back in voluntary termination even though it was their fault they never collected when dad was alive. Now saying we have to pay difference between settlement figure and valuation. Valuation is much less and there is no money to pay them. 2.5 months later they have still not collected car. 15 emails and ten phone calls waiting an hour each time to get through and they still haven’t resolved collecting the car and agreeing to honour the termination. No one calls back when they say they will. Even specific complaints team don’t respond.

They shouldn’t treat anyone like this, let alone grieving families trying to arrange funerals.

Will never buy a Toyota.

Poor service

Toyota Burton told us to have the finance interest free for 6 months and keep our money in the bank. We did after the 6 months they put another £800 onto our bill. Tried to call the finance team to settle the agreement, but couldnt get through. Tried every day for over 2 weeks for over an hour. Gets to 6pm and get cut off. Do not touch this finance agreement. Very poor service

If I had any enemies I would force them to call the Toyota finance services number as this kind of torture would probably breach the Geneva convention.

No idea why it takes over month of constant calls to get a settlement figure.

Toyota financial services lease fraud.

Toyota financial services lease fraud.
Simply you sign of a lease payment that you think will be the same for the lease term .
Toyota financial services is going to charge you property tax . Property tax that you don’t know how much it is because it’s their property tax.
A fraud that is done when presenting the lease payment. Shame on you TFS that make fraud with a fine print of your contract.
Never do a lease with Toyota financial because you don’t know what you will finally pay per month .

Think carefully

Hi all,
I took out an agreement with Toyota Finance in 2021. I love the car! I am certain I was told that I could pay off any sums I wanted after a set period and this would affect the final amount I owed. I recently tried to do this to discover this is not the case. The end sum stays the same even if you pay money in the interim. All paying early does is shorten the agreement or decrease the monthly payments.
For older people, this kind of agreement does not work. So I would recommend anyone over 55 thinks carefully about taking out an agreement with these people.

I don't trust them at all..

I have to believe the fact that they sent me no paper bill and no e-bill twice in the last couple months, and then hit me with late charges was no mistake. They wiped one of the late charges like they were doing me a big favor but wouldn't wipe the other late charge. This is totally unscrupulous and dishonest on their part.
