I’m extremely disappointed with Toystar. The customer service is a disaster. Communication was poor, the return process was frustrating, and I waited five months for my refund. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered trainers they arrived late and are not suitable they are cheap copies and I wish to return them. I have emailed this company many times to get an address to send them back with no response. I paid £44.00. For them on the 1 December 2025. This is a scam. Do Not Buy From This Company
There is no address no phone no customer service. Save your money.

The instructions were perhaps not as clear but eventually we managed to put the parts together I thought it had music but realised the instructions may be for various models. Overall happy

it was a gift for my friends daughter, The delivery information was not getting updated or giving wrong information, and had to follow up several times with Yodel for shipment update. The order was placed on 4th Dec, and it arrived on 14th Dec around 7pm approx. - The product by itself is good gift for kids
