Open and Upfront

They were open and upfront about the backorder status. Once I cancelled the order, they were quick to refund my money were very helpful.

Product was exactly as ordered

Product was exactly as ordered , small hiccup with shipping . I did not know who was shipping and then shipping number did not match carriers I was familiar with . Called customer service several times, and a very nice women called me back to tell me my package was on RL carriers and was on the way. It showed up the next day. The company is legit , and whoever that lady was that called me back , thank you very much !

Truck Liner…

I ordered a truck liner Monday afternoon for my son. I'm in Florida. He's in Louisville. He woke up Tuesday and the liner had been delivered. Unbelievably fast service!

There was a great deal pf information…

There was a great deal of information and specified which model the hitch would not fit. Also, it is a great idea to add a comment section for the employees so I could add my exact model to ensure it is the correct model.

Easy to order what I needed

The user interface confirmed the fit for my make and model. I could read the instructions before ordering and shipping was free. Plus instead of waiting a week the projected arrival is only about 2 days. This may be because I am in the same state as the supplier.

I was surprised by the pricing and…

I was surprised by the pricing and ordering was a breeze. The only issue I had was that you do not ship to Puerto Rico. I had to ship it to a relative in the states and they can put it in a "if it fits it ships" box at the USPS. Puerto Rico is part of the US as we have USPS service here.
