Just got out new towels from Towelsworld thought they would be thin and awful! Turns out they were really soft and plush! Would recommend them! Great quality!

Great quality towels

Poor quality towels. Definitely not 800gsm (I compared to other towels that are) and after 3 washes they are still not drying me off / not absorbing water. The regret is real.

The face towels I've received today are NOTHING like the Egyptian Cotton towels in their photos??
They are all mishapen & definitely NOT EGYPTIAN more like CHINESE.
To add INSULT TO INJURY, they also sent the wrong colour??
I've made 6 attempts to contact them - BUT SADLY THEY ARE AVOIDING A FOLLOW UP - which tells me it's a RIP-OFF company.
I've CONTACTED my bank to claim my money back & my next stop will be HMRC & TRADING STANDARDS - this is a fake company selling FAKE GOODS...to honest people **
Don't allow yourselves to be FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE PHOTOS, like I was!!??
SAVE YOURSELF A WHOLE LOT OF ANGER & WORRY & don't buy their FAKE rubbish!
NOBODY HAS ANY MONEY TO SPARE THESE DAYS - Yet SCOUNDRELS like these lot aren't struggling because they're stealing our money as well - it's bad enough watching 'KEIR' cheating the poor - whilst he swims in exuberant luxury, like the owners at TOWELSWORLD no doubt!!

Sadly very disappointed. Ordered 2 packs of 2 & only received 1. Emailed them to inform twice & asked for my missing towels but have heard or received nothing back.

Bad customer service as the received towels are excellent & I wanted to buy more. Good reviews are the foundation of a great business being successful.

Towelword do better. I will have to do a chargeback.

Excellent towels. So Soft. Very pleased with purchase.

Website details are not to be trusted. Look at company detail at Companies House. The product pictures are not what is delivered. Look at FAQ and other info pages. States "products will not be as shown".
It's a single person business run from home. Not "big retail empire" and only been in existence a couple of years.

Quality of what was delivered was no better than floor rag.

DO NOT BUY HERE.

EDIT: Re reply. Was like trying to get blood out of a stone for a refund. He didn't want it back and tried to give discount to make me keep the rubbish... Had to threaten with Visa and Trading Standards to make it happen.

To World: Do not believe all this "corporate response" text - it's just copy/paste from somewhere else.

The towels are not the ones I ordered. The quality is no where close to the 700 gsm I paid for.
