I paid 150 euro for six tickets to Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. No tickets were sent to my mail. Checked everywhere, spam folder etc. Nothing. The customer support are awful and gives answers that are copy pasted.
Avoid this unserious business!!
The tour to Hague, Delft and Rotterdam
The tour to Hague, Delft and Rotterdam was excellent and value for money if you have a short time in Amsterdam. We visited all the main places of interest including a boat cruise in Rotterdam and visits to Madurodam and Royal Delft Factory. The guide Tony was excellent, very knowledgeable on history, can speak many languages and had a great sense of humor. Excellent tour and guide!
False advertising
False advertising. Scam. Customer service an absolute joke
The absolute WORST service ever!!
The absolute WORST service ever!!
I am disgusted in this company. My partner and I purchased tickets for the windmills and countryside tour which was told to us it was a boat. We bought their tickets and had to walk far to where the boats were to collect out wristbands and then to find "dock L" - TO WHICH WE FOUND DOESNT EXISIT AFTER THE LADY WE SPOKE TO THERE ALSO CONFIRMED THE BOAT WOULD BE RIGHT OUT FRONT.
We then had to walk miles back to a VERY RUDE and unhelpful guy by the name of ANIBIEL ( SHOULD BE FIRED) who was disgustingly rude and unhelpful and told us to get lost as we wanted a refund after wasting an entire day looking for a boat!
System date change/ No customer service/ No refund
System that does change 'automatically' date to next available date, no warning or error message.
Customer service not available (2 days to get reply) and then just trying to explain they can't refund tickets that are one month ahead (date system adjusted).
Avoid this service
A BIT TOO ROUDY
This is about the windmill tour. Music is too loud on the bus. I mean, this is not a Red light tour, it has to be family friendly. No toilets available, you had to buy food in a restaurant to use a toilet. If you keep people for 6 hours, you have to think about free toilets and not just once. I don't know if it is worth it to buy the 52 euro ticket, as you dont get that much more.
The meeting place at the Central station is impossible to find. It is a huge station and they just tell you to meet in the Central station. It is like meet me in the Chicago airport, after you've paid.
Tour guide David has poor customer service and is careless. It is all about the money, but he has to treat people paying 52 euros a little more carefully and not bump into them.
Poor service when things go wrong
I feel the quality of a person or company can be judged by how they react when things go wrong and I'm afraid the manager of Tours & Tickets at Amsterdam Centraal station failed miserably on this occasion.
My wife had booked a trip to Keukenhof through one of the agents of Tours & Tickets. We'd done the same last year and enjoyed it, so made exactly the same booking this year. We had to exchange the agent's booking reference for physical tickets, but this year the Tours & Tickets system didn't recognise the reference.
At this point the manager could have said something like, "There's only a short time until your tour leaves, so if you're prepared to buy new tickets then I'll look into the problem with the agent while you're away then we'll sort out a refund when you return". But sadly the attitude was more along the lines of, "nothing to do with us; if you want to go on the tour then you'll have to buy 2 new tickets and good luck with trying to get a refund later from the agent on the tickets you've already purchased".
A complaint to customer services at Tours & Tickets indicated they saw nothing wrong with the manager's response, so either my expectations are too high or the concept of good customer service is totally alien to this organisation.
Drama queen
TOURS& TICKETS, a trip from Amsterdam to Rotterdam, the Hague and Delft which took place on 2 May 2024 at 9:45 am, which was 15 minutes later than planned. And then it went from bad to worse. There were three unexpected changes in the schedule which resulted in no time for Markthall in Rotterdam, shortening our visit at Royal Delft porcelain museum and factory to only 30 minutes and hardly any time for a proper meal - we had 50 minutes to find a restaurant, order, eat and come back to the bus. We received one piece of information that we needed to start the Rotterdam cruise earlier and another one, at the port, that we would have to wait for the cruise because the boat had broken down earlier that day. Why take us there then? A more professional guide with fewer or no control issues might have handled the situation to everyone's satisfaction. But not ours! She was unprofessional, focused solely on her needs rather than the needs of the group. After we skipped the Markthall walk in Rotterdam because we were short of time, the driver suggested that he didn't mind working a little longer and give us some more time for dinner in Delf (we had only 50 mins, it was 4:45 pm and we hadn't had a meal from breakfast), she said no and that she wanted to finish on time. After rushing through the museum in Delf and then rushing again to get to the city centre in Delf to get lunch one guy asked her how much longer we were going to walk to the guide's preferred place where we were supposed to meet to go back to the bus. She just shhhed him and told him to follow her. Then he got angry, started shouting and walked up to her telling her that he's hungry. She immediately took out her phone and started calling the police and told him that he was not allowed back on the bus. In my opinion she was completely unable to handle an angry tourist who shouted at her. When we got to the place she was still on the phone with the police completely ignoring the group and we were just waiting for her to finish. I told her that I thought she overreacted a little bit and maybe she could let the group go have lunch. After my comment she almost started crying saying that she was working for 10 hours and she wouldn't allow anyone to treat her like that to the point that other people in the group started calming her down. Again I really don't think that's what professionally handling a situation looks like. She got all the group involved, which actually ruined the atmosphere completely and accused the guy of being physically abusive, which he actually wasn't, but she swore that he was just about to hit her and spit in her face (which he did not). After we got back from lunch, she didn't allow the man back in the bus, he was waiting with his family outside. I tried to talk to her, but the police were called and she told the police her story. Some people were on her side (especially the Spanish people because she was Spanish), but other people weren't. When I started talking to the police, she just asked the people on her side whether they agreed and they yelled no (later I talked to the people who also thought that she completely ignored him at the beginning when he was asking questions and was rude to him and that's why he got angry in the first place, I and those people were next to them when we were walking and the situation took place). The police just turned around and didn't listen anymore we left in the bus and the guy and his family stayed behind with the police. So summing up she had all the time to waste to change the schedule without consulting us, the clients and was completely okay spending over 30 mins arguing with the guy, calling the police and making all of us wait for them, but did not have the time to give us 30 mins more for lunch
Tour of Dutch countryside and windmills…
Tour of Dutch countryside and windmills with demonstration of timber cutting, cheese and waffle making then a cruise to the island of Marken to see traditional clogs being made, the guide Cicelia and driver Frank were very friendly. Good value and educational tour.
Brilliant
We have had a great experience in Amsterdam at Windmill & Countryside excursion with bus driver Frank, guides Tony and Romy. Thank you very much 👍

Tour left us behind at a stop. Yelled at our kids
Stay away from this tour company if you are in Amsterdam. Here is why... at our first stop at the quaint village of Zaanse Schans on the Windmills and countryside tour, where we would stop for about one hour my family of 5 got lost. We were not provided a map of the village. Instead our tour guide Cecilia quickly walked us from the parking lot to a windmill. Our guide Cecilia had told everyone at the beginning of the tour that she would leave us if we were not back at the correct time to the bus. After asking for directions we finally got back to the parking lot where the bus should be--we were only 7 minutes late--and the bus was gone. I felt sick and almost threw up because we ran all the way to the parking lot once we figured where it was. I don't speak the language and my kids ages 9, 11 and 13 were scared. I called the tour office and they were practical and solutions oriented. They said I needed to call an Uber, Bolt or get a taxi to meet up with the tour group at the Cheese Factory. The group was 30 minutes away. You see none of the tour stops for the day are more than 35 minutes from Central Amsterdam. I called and Uber and they dropped us 5 blocks away from the Cheese Factory in Merkan. The tour guide and group were supposed to wait for us at the cheese factory, which they didnt. Instead as our family of 5 rushed to the cheese factory we saw the entire group lead by Cecilia in the market along the sea. They left without waiting for us at the cheese factory. Cecilia was surprised to see us and I held alot back because I was afraid she would throw us off of the tour or forget us again. You see from the moment the tour started she picked on my family and kids. I didn't say anything but my husband exchanged words with her after he asked why she didnt wait for us for 10 minutes. Instead of welcoming us back into the tour group she yelled at us very loudly. I told her I didn't want to argue 5 times as she proceeded to disrespect us in front of the group. Cecilia totally embarrassed us in front of other people in the group and with her aggressive shouting and caused my children to cry but she didnt stop but she didnt stopped and wanted to prove that we were wrong and she was right to leave us. The fun was gone and we tried to enjoy our tour and stay away from the guide but she was our guide. Cecilia put the fear in the group that people who needed to use the rest room refused to go because they feared she would leave them behind. Later a few people in the tour came up and told us that she made fun of leaving us behind and thought it was funny. To be fair, we were 7 minutes late to the bus and Cecilia said they waited 5 minutes for us before driving off. But she didn't have to disrespect us when we joined the group and be mean to the kids. They know nothing and had nothing to do with their parents getting lost missing the bus. So if you are considering doing a tour, choose a different company with different guides that displays kindness, understanding and empathy. I was so shook up from the tour that I now feel sick
I am very upset with Tour and Tickets…
I am very upset with Tour and Tickets because they owe me one ticket I didnt buy, and I dont have it refunded. I sent lots of emails explaining the problem, and they dont solve it.
1) I BOUGHT ONLY ONE TICKET
2) I CANCELLED IT ON TIME
3)I INFORMED Tour and Tickets ABOUT THE SECOND WRONG CHARGE
3) Tour and Tickets refunded me one ticket
4) Tour and Tickets owe me the second one ticket (that I didnt buy at all).
I think its quite clear.
This is disappointing, so please be aware of my complaint.

Disappointed 4 people from Melbourne Australia duly…
4 people from Melbourne Australia duly turned up and checked in as requested, half an hour before, for their trip to Bruge. We sat as instructed and waited for the guide to inform us of our departure. As it passed the pick up time we inquired what was going on and we’re told the bus has gone. There were others that missed the bus also. As this is our last day In Amsterdam we could not rebook and weren’t offered a refund. This was the complete opposite to our experience the previous day when the tour guide to Rotterdam was very visible and clear in his instructions. So we were expecting the same service and this did not happen. We didn’t get to see Bruge and left very much out of pocket. Not impressed!
A memorable journey overshadowed by an egregious incident, warranting a disappointing 1/5 rating
The truth is, the tour (outside Amsterdam: cheese + clogs + windmills) was absolutely incredible. Our tour guide (I prefer not to said the name) was very attentive and an excellent guide, making the trip enjoyable and pleasant. However, something happened that I cannot overlook.
In the middle of the tour, I saw another tour guide (from the same company) yelling very offensive words at our guide in front of everyone. I'll provide some details: "f**king b**,"d*ty b*tch” "I'm going to hit you." This happened in the middle of the tour in front of 30-40 people. It's unacceptable to have people like that employed. It shows a great lack of humanity and responsibility on the part of the owners. I will make sure this situation reaches every corner until they take responsibility.
I rate them 1 out of 5 due to the lack of respect we witnessed. If they continue to employ people like that, I do not recommend this company.
Total SCAM!! Dont go with them
Me and my parents tried buying the tickets online for the bus hop on and hop off AMSTERDAM, however it was not possible to get it online. Then we bought it on site from “Victoria Hotels” and then parked our car to board the bus. My frail parents, who were visiting Amsterdam for the first time and I , had an awful experience. The audio guide due to which we boarded the bus didn't work at all and the bus was extremely warm. We complained to the driver and he said that he communicated it but still nothing was done. The 90 minutes ride was terrible. Upon arrival at the end of the journey when we asked to get our 83 euros back, the tours and tickets guy was extremely rude and said “Dont bother me”. This is extremely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. Now I am in touch with the customer service and they are asking me to contact the hotel where I bought my ticket and they told me they cant do anything.
I want my money back (83 euros). I dont want an extended ticket or whatever. Please STOP ripping people off! People BE AWARE OF THEM!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service.

Charm of Holland tour breathtaking views!
The Charm of Holland Tour is one tour that you will never forget. From the moment you get on the bus to our tour guide, Cecilia, makes you feel very welcome and Gerard was an exceptional bus driver. Walking through a lot of the quaint towns, learning about the canals and what the miller does on the windmills and getting to climb up the windmill, you will love this tour! We got to taste and learn how the cheese is made, how clogs are created with machines, eating a tasty lunch, and a fun and beautiful ferry ride to Marken Island! Cecilia would give us the history and laugh and even tried to teach out Dutch (I believe we failed miserably but it was fun to try) Gerard also made sure we were safe and sound on the ride and even walked with us on part of the tour. GREAT Tour and highly recommend it.
