I have booked a trip in October with TourHub. the purchase was easy and that's all. However, I emailed Jane from TourHub with a question over 2 weeks ago and she never responded. I have been in my tourhub portal and sent a couple of messages and noone has responded.
Hence, thus far I am not very impressed.

Tourhub answered all my questions.
Tourhub answered all my questions in a timely manner as I was trying to decide if or when to take a train trip across Canada. Their options were varied and eventually I decided to book a trip with them for next year.

Received no information on tour up to evening before
My tour has started today and I'm supposed to meet my group tomorrow. I haven't heard anything from Tourhub or my guide and don't know what time to meet. I've called the emergency number, however I could barely understand the person on the line and they also didn't know anything except the name and phone number of the guide. It gives me lots of anxiety that I haven't heard anything from my guide up until the evening before meeting.

While Jupiter Legend has since provided records showing that meeting details were sent to all participants, they are actively investigating why this message did not reach you. We want to ensure this doesn't happen to any future travellers.
