I placed 2 orders on the same day and never received any items. They will not tell me what is going with the orders and will not respond to emails. Awful service.

Still don’t have my order since they changed over to tdassociates there’s no customer support

I bought two misters boxes. I got 7 items. Wrong size some small some large. It was supposed to be 5 small
5 medium. All the items missed. Quality is horrible. One of the jeans the sent were 11/30 huge huge on me. One Jean shirt for winter literally. Just horrible experience. I sent pictures of the wrong sizes. I ask for my missing items my missing sizes. It’s all horrible. The quality is worst than SHEIN. It’s just so disappointing. They haven’t answer me in two days. I’m just so over this. I want to returned all their 8 items. I’ll never never shop here again.

My dress came in time for my event and when I tell you I didn't have to get any alterations done. THE MATERIAL IS AMAZING AND ITS TRU TO SIZE. I WILL HIGHLY RECCOMEND AND BUY AGAIN.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 T shirts one month ago and never received my items. Worse yet, when I emailed customer service they told me they would ship my items, created a label for USPS, then never gave my
Items to the carrier. Now they won’t even return my emails. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Will never order again.

Amazing! Purchasing this item I didn't read the description. However this company reached out to me immediately fix the issue & shipped my order the same exact day! Amazing quality, amazing customer service. Quick email response Quick Instagram response I can go on and on.This company made my birthday lavish ❤️.

Touch doll is a un responsible clothing store. As customers just have a mind they don’t care about their customer and don’t want to feel responsible for their items been stolen if you don’t pay for the insurance. Even after you over pay for their clothes. Have a mind if your items get stolen after they autorización to the carrier to leave your package anywhere without signature knowing your package can get stolen.

I didn't receive my order, and their customer service was non-existing. I later found the same products on Amazon at a lower price. There was an error with my delivery address, and they didn't take responsibility for it. An inexperienced company lacking in responsibility and integrity.

These fits are gorgeous. My go-to for a unique and stunning look!

I had to order two dresses last minute for my party and one of the dresses happened to be unavailable and the other one couldn’t be picked up until next week. Noel gave me a call and was so patient with me and helped me pick out alternates that would be available for pick up asap. She took her time and helped me through the entire process. It was such an exceptional customer service since she was pleasant and didn’t get aggravated at all throughout the conversation.

The quality of the clothing is always amazing and makes me feel confident and stylish

Only thing tricky with the clothing is the sizing. It took me a bit to get sizing right due to the different materials (some strech, some dont etc) but that was my fault because they have perfect descriptions for sizing and material info. They even list if it stretches! They have excellent quality and prices. You get beautiful quality items. Everything I have bought looks like the image and their service has ALWAYS been exceptional!! They're super kind and helpful and anytime I've had an issue (rare) they've always helped me. 5⭐️

Absolutely horrible first time experience: TouchDolls force you pay $3 dollars for security packaging, which isn’t different from regular packing via USPS. The items purchased were balled up and shoved into a small plastic bag. Just Horrible. The Hot Pink Skirt set was nothing as advertised; the worst craftsmanship and quality I’ve ever seen. This is a HARD Bought Lesson-regarding online shopping. TouchDolls only offer store credit - that’s my bad. Never Ever, Again. Oh well, store credit it is…

Ordered a beautiful dress for Valentines Day, but plans changed and I never took it out the package. When I finally did, decided it had to be my birthday dress because it was gorgeous. The quality was amazing … super thick lining on the inside, so it didn’t take away from the material outside of the dress. It fit like a glove and truly snatched in everything for a very slimming look. Shipping was also extremely quick … I got the dress within a week and it was shipped about 2 days after placing my order. Will most definitely be ordering from them again. They also shared my pics on their Instsgram story and wished me a happy birthday: how stinking cool is that?!?

I have been purchasing items for sometime. I always hate to pay the price but quality never disappoints. My most recent purchase was giving sexy grown woman! So many people loved it.

Ordered a dress for a bachelorette night. Paid express shipping to get in time. While it did arrive on time sadly it did not fit how I was expecting. No biggie I had a back up just incase! Found out they only do store credit for returns… while not the end of the world, I could find something else to order. The deal breaker for me on why I’ll never buy from here again is YOU have to PAY and CREATE for shipping and the shipping label then only get store credit for a product you bought from them!!! Leaving them with loosing basically no money and you… more than what you paid for 1 item. Absolutely ridiculous.

I just received the best customer service from touchdolls. After my order was placed, she called me to let me know exactly when I will be receiving my dress. She was very nice. I was also indecisive on which size I should be ordering, so she went as far as letting me send her a picture so that she can recommend the appropriate size. She was very nice and patient with me. I will send another review once my dress is received. I’m sure I will love it and I can’t wait to wear it for my birthday.
