I've been with a few networks as my area/house isn't great for signal. I discovered ttm through doing a search for a network with better coverage in my area and this came up as a new network and i simply gave it a go. I know they piggyback on others for signal and i have used those networks on their own but still had poor signal spots around my home. But with ttm yes i still have some bad spots like my sitting room and kitchen but i at least get a bar or two with is enough where normally i would get just enough to let my phone ring but i couldn't actually carry out a call. In terms of bundle price and what you get then it's fair as i pay £10 per month and get unlimited mins and text with 10gb data and using my phone for YouTube music and radio every morning for 3hrs i still don't run out and obviously i use it for others like chat and social media etc and it lasts. If I've ever had any issues and yes they're not perfect you get the occasional issue but it's life things happen get over it just get in touch through the app and they will work on resolving it. Staff are pleasant respecfull and happy to help you so be respectfull to them in return and things get done. Overall ttm is a good value reliable network in my opinion but give it a go and make up your own mind this is just advice and my partner doesn't listen so why would you.

Great customer service and calls and data its just a pity as ttm piggy back on the ee network they don't do 5g as ee doing ttm did 5g then it would be a perfect phone company with cheap data a debit card and fairly good mobile coverage come on ttm get 5g of ee

Great customer service, cheap and reliable
Great customer service, just leave a message on their app and they sort within a reasonable time frame. No waiting on hold for hours.
Cheap deals, and use EE carrier network so fast and reliable.
Switching my teenagers to their network so they get alot more data for their pay and go money, whilst retaining the reliability of the EE network.
Only been with them a few days but everything has been top rated so far.

Switched to TTMoon over a month ago and it's nearly a third of the price I was paying on EE. Same network, easy porting number and can switch deals or add data. Simple app on your phone to check data usage or switch plans. Love the flexibility of this company and great service. Top banana's

It’s running off EE, the service is brilliant, more value for money then going to EE direct. The plans are so flexible if you’ve run out of data you buy add-ons or buy a new bundle.

Really good experience with To The Moon Mobile.
Had problems with a damaged SIM card I was immediately sent a replacement card with 2gb data until my own card was renewed with my original number and account. I have had good reception and speeds in Central Scotland.
I would definitely recommend to my friends also like you can change the amount of data each month

Very good service. So far everything has been great(almost 3 months). Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to use mob. with EE network coverage and a free debit card as an additional bonus(they created account w|o any docs from my side). Idea is sexy, execution is ugly.
I'll keep the 2 star rating - 1 extra star to the CS team, for trying to help + one month topup compensation.
What happened is, they tried to reset me account to fix the login issue - but they wiped my account instead - had to submit internal ticket and ask their IT team to help.. this is so funny.
Took them a week or 2 to recover my account, but irrelevent now, I'm still leaving. Probably will try again 2 years later. This is sad, I really liked their idea and design.

So many problem with app/account management.
1. apple pay top up doesn't work
2. debit account document upload successful and "being reviewed", then for more than 2 weeks with no progress
3. cannot login to app - "something went wrong, please try again" - no web alternative. Impossible to manage account.
If you cannot handle a minimalism app how about start with web?

Hi it’s amazing Network and service but still need to work on your system and services that’s gonna get 5* for your review. I faced problem with network probably mostly when I need urgently. But it’s not long that’s why I prefer give 4*.

It's OK
as a mobile network running on the EE it’s what you would expect signal everywhere my main issue and the reason for my low star rating is the additional pre-payment card they offer what a waste of time every time you need to make a purchase agreement via the app which sometimes this information didn’t come through for one case a week and then you have pending transactions take away the money that you put on your card but one of them is still pending today and that’s over 30 days ago made the payment. i’m seriously considering going back to ee for the mobile

It could be great but customer service makes it average
I have changed to TTM a couple of months ago and my service nightmares were over, that is a big plus. My only complaint is the customer service. I have had the misfortune of loosing my phone and contacted TTM on virtually all the platforms and no one ever gets back to me or takes hours to do so. I have called the phone number on their website and after 10mins waiting they just hang up (this happened 3 times). Email, still to receive a reply after 5 days. The chat seems to be the one that works but badly. By the time I get a reply I am out and about and when I finally reply I need to wait a few more hours, making the resolution of my issue very frustrating, specially when you need a replacement SIM because the phone is lost.
This alone would be a reason to move over to another provider in my opinion.
