My mobile signal has gone to EE and I cannot make outgoing calls despite the TTMM app showing I still have minutes/data left as it is expiring on 20th November. I think they have gone under completely and I have just requested a PAC code and changing the provider ASAP. I suggest you all do the same thing in order to avoid potentially losing your number.

Cannot get a reply in the app, social DMs or website chat. I've moved my wife an I away now but in the process we've had to change my wife's number due to lack of response.
The network is OK - it's EE underneath.
The app was always fiddly, setting up recurring payments went wrong so many times.
NB two directors where terminated at the end of last year and not replaced.
AVOID - Fraudulent company will scam you out of your money.
This company seems too good to be true; spend money on their debit card and receive free data with EE. I stuck with the company through numerous teething issues and it generally worked. However, I recently transferred £400 to their account for debit card spending and it was never received. I have spoken to TTM; they were incredibly unhelpful, rude and stated that they cannot do anything as they are having issues with their finance partner who is responsible for transactions. As such I have lost £400 to this unprofessional and fraudulent company.

Just being constructive that’s all been with to the moon SIM card for about 2 years now customer service always been good to talk to and refunds etc but the app is complete rubbish always going down if your going to produce an app it needs to be in fully working order most of the time you have been doing this for a few years now their should be no excuses no more I’ve given you enough chances so now I’ve moved to ee pay as you go you get less 53gb for £20 but prepared to take the loss for a working service i never had the card but seems to me you are going the way of pockit it’s all turning into a shambles now all because of greed and profits it started off well with potential

I had been using tothemoon for 4 months and I was okay with the small issues. Like delays on money allowing up in the account.
Then in early April they froze everyone's money. Customer service don't know what is going on just blaming their finance partner. I have been 3 weeks without my money.
As per terms and conditions i referred to the finance company Dzing who also refuse to help, i have referred them to the ombudsman service. Be aware nobody seems to believe the terms and conditions they make you sign up too.
I will also be sending an email to EE to let them know what an unprofessional company TTM are and ask them to review their agreements.
ToTheMoon hold on to your money and do not provide a service. Their customer service is also terrible. I want my money back and then to get away from this company as soon as possible.
Please do not put your trust or money in to this company. The sooner they get shut down the better.

To The Moon Mobile is an absolute shambles and I would strongly recommend that new customers avoid them.
On the face of it, the offering sounds good: spend money each month on a top-up debit card and receive a complimentary mobile SIM with generous data allowance. Unfortunately, the offer is too good to be true.
The problems started for me late December 2022 when the finance provider used by TTMM (DZing Finance Ltd) were unable to accept bank transfer payments from major UK banks for a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Although this was eventually resolved, come end of March 2023 the payments part of the app completely fell over and since then I have been unable to login to my account at all to access my money balance or contact customer service. I’ve repeatedly contacted TTMM since 7th April via their WhatsApp support channel and the live chat on their site but they have completely ignored all correspondence in the last 7 days. I’ve since given up and migrated my number away!
The latest issues correlate to the resignation at companies house of two of their directors in the first part of 2023. I would advise prospective customers do their own research on TTMM Ltd and DZing Finance Ltd before proceeding.
My experience with TTMM has been so shambolic I will also be writing to EE in the hope that they will eventually review their relationship with TTMM as an MVNO in the UK market.

Only way of contact is live chat which dont reply back for 6 hours at a time to saty they cant give a timeframe. Also I tried to withdraw my funds on m card at A atm and all my balance has gone have raised this with them and they said they dont know!! scammers

I deposited £100 via bank transfer in order to qualify for the fee sim package. The money I deposited is not accessible via the prepaid debit card, customer service are unable to advise why. This feels like a complete scam, I hope I’m wrong & this matter can be resolved. To be honest I just want my money back at this point.

No response from customer service at all
I put my to the moon sim in my phone that I hadn’t used for a while as I needed to access something, only to see “no service” and after reading another review on here it seems the old sims do not work anymore. It’ has been a week now since I wrote a message on their customer support live chat, sent a message on their customer support WhatsApp and also sent an email to their customer support and I’ve received absolutely zero response. It’s an absolute disgrace, customer service is non existent they also haven’t posted on social media since the turn of the year either which I found weird, I have no idea what is going on but the company seems completely inactive.

Non-existent customer service. I received the SIM card and managed to activate it. I then attempted to sign up for the ‘bank’ account. The sign-up kept failing - the system told me to contact customer services, which I did. They replied that they could see no attempts of my trying ti sign up. I insisted that I had been trying. They then told me that they would investigate and let me know. 10 days later, and having sent 2 reminders. Nothing.
Good Experience so far
Recently joined TTM and have to say im pretty happy so far, I was with EE for many many years but it was becoming very expensive however I really do like the service as its great signal and speed etc but wanted a cheaper alternative so I found TTM.
I've been Happy with the service I have got from TTM since joining. The signing up process was very easy (although 1 issue highlighted below) and had my debit card and sim ordered quickly and arrived the next day. Then I got my PAC code from EE to port my number over and it was completed in a day and everything moved over seamlessly. Network is brilliant, 5G in my area is superfast and very happy. Card works great and use it daily now to get my free plan.
I do need to highlight a few issues though.
1. There was a slight issue verifying my ID, the app wouldn't accept and kept giving me an error, but this was quickly resolved by chatting to customer service within the app who manually verified it.
2. The App although nice and easy to use, does have rather a few bugs that need ironed out, multiple errors at times when using but to get round these I just completely close the app and restart and seems to work again. But definitely needs a bit of development to fix issues.
That said, my overall experience has been good. And i'm going to recommend to partner and friends/family to join. Hope there is a reward for referring people.

I upgraded my phone to a Pixel 6 and the app doesn't work on that. Also they keep suspending the ability to send payments into your account.

Not a real bank account
Increasingly convinced that the wheels have come off the TTM offering. Bank transfers have been unavailable for some time. Also had conflicting advice from their support. On 02/07/22 I asked "Can I set up direct debits with my account" and got the response "Absolutely. You can use your TTM finance account as you would a regular banking account".
I've since had council tax bills not paid, and when I queried this again last month, was told that Direct debits were not supported.
Now, the only way to top up my account is to pay the £1 charge. If you make 1 top up, then I suppose £1 is not too much of a charge, but the SIM is no longer free. You are paying for it.
TTM need to get their messaging correct. They're clearly hitting technical issues right now but I'm not sure how much I can trust my money with them. I'm cautiously going to continue...
