I placed this order a month ago and it’s still unfulfilled, but they took my money. The phone number they reference on Instagram does not accept incoming calls and you only get automated responses to email and texts. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and there’s no way to get your money back do not buy from them. Customer service is extremely important when you have an issue and they don’t have any customer service horrible

Just reported Tote&Carry to BBB.. they have the worst customer service, been waiting for a delivery over a month, no refunds or anything. They send out generic emails that is do not respond. Trying to force a cancelled delivery bc I decided to dispute them with my bank. I would never purchase from them again!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I regret not checking this review platform prior to purchasing. I purchased a purse. After wearing it out at night, my friends noticed defects in the so called crocodile material. Purse was peeling, looking cracked. I have sent several emails regarding how to return or a replacement with better, no response. I am going the legal route. I gave them enough time.
Horrible buying experience
Horrible buying experience! I placed my 1st order on 11.16, I was overcharged for 2 items and they have refused to fix their error! Whoever is responsible for "customer service" sends emails with typos and grammatical errors and take days to respond! My order is still unfulfilled because nothing is in stock! Everytime they send an email t9 choose something else, I get an email saying the item is unavailable and to pick another item. This is such an unprofessional company, their social media team is more active than customer service! I will never recommend or shop with this company again!

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. My 3 prior order experiences with them were great. The price was great and the quality of the products were great. However, this last experience has been extremely horrible. I’ve waited weeks for a 4 pc set I ordered that was on sale. After patiently waiting, I reached out to Tote & Carry requesting the status of my order. I was told that 1 of the 4 pieces from my order was out of stock and was the cause of my order not being shipped. I was offered alternatives for this out of stock item. I submitted my alternative choice and immediately received and email stating my order had been updated to reflect that choice. I waited a few more days for tracking notification, but received nothing. I reached out again and got no reply for a couple of days. Once I did get a reply I was told the entire set I order was no longer available and was offered ONLY 3 piece set alternatives. I explained that I had originally ordered a 4 piece set and did not understand why I was being offered 3 piece alternatives. I was told that I ordered a 3 piece set originally, not a 4 piece set, and was again given 3 piece set replacement alternatives. After sending supporting documentation that my original order was a 4 piece graffiti set in white, and explaining I would accept nothing less than a 4 piece alternate set or a refund, I’ve heard NOTHING from them. It’s been 4 days. They’ve lost a loyal customer.
Torn and broken handle after 2 years
When I bought the suitcase, backpacks and duffel bags, I was excited based on the reviews and noted quality plus the vibrant colors. The hook on the side ripped and the handle completely came off so I am no longer able to use it. In addition the zipper stopped working properly. Emailed the company but very disappointed.

Placed order with Tote&Carry then numerous text and emails about what Tote&Carry recommends.
Ever item I purchased was additional off contacted customer service numerous times for a credit to my Amex card for the discounted price. No response I sent them a text and email because no # to speak with a human when I canceled the order with my Amex account then I received a call from a female asking me to cancel my dispute and Tote&Carry would refund me. I explained to whomever she was that I didn't trust Tote&Carry and I would not cancel my dispute.
Tote&Carry shiped the order threw FedEx and when I spoke to FedEx today they stated only Tote&Carry had to authorize the return it has to be a law against this practice has to be illegal.
Looking into the legal ramifications.
Here's the issue for me I am mocha chocolate people my completion forever saying shop with your own I'm done when I've tried to do business as they say with my people they try and screw me 9 out of 10 times.
After looking into who owns Tote&Carry the owner doesn't look like me not that it matters @ this point.
I had the package held it was returned to T&C scam company.
Buyer beware better safe than sorry 😞
Horrible Customer Service
I ordered 5 items on Oct 9 and here it is a month later and not one item has came. My order STILL says “order placed.” Their system of inventory is GARBAGE. Customer service wrote me 3 times mentioning that some things were out of stock and to pick something else days later after the site said that the inventory was there. I’m assuming this pushed back the order. All they kept saying was there is a nationwide delay. Customer service acts like they don’t know how to read. I kept trying to be patient and they act like they couldn’t send what was available. I feel as though they were binding time. I’m never shopping here again and will never tell anyone else to.

I was initially excited to support this Black-owned brand; however, my experience compels me to share some constructive feedback.While the concept of the bookbag and duffel is appealing, their practicality falls short. The zippers are awkwardly placed, making them difficult to access, and the design results in unusable space which is not ideal for efficient packing. These bags might suffice for an overnight stay, but for extended travel, they don't meet expectations, especially considering the price point.Furthermore, durability is a concern as the duffel's zipper failed after only a year of use. This was quite disappointing and has left me dissatisfied with my purchase.

This company has to have the worst customer service I've ever experience. I've ordered multiple things. I ordered the green, red, and blue graffiti roller bag and book bag set. The green set didn't match. I sent an email and they said it must've come from a different supplier. No other explanation. I ordered the red set on October 8. I didn't receive it until October 23rd. I sent multiple emails to customer service as well as sent a message to their Facebook page. After the 4th or 5th email, I received a response that said "FedEx" with the tracking number only. I will never buy from them again. STAY AWAY AND SHOP WITH SOMEONE ELSE!

This has by far been a bad experience in dealing with this small/black owned company and my experience has been a complete nightmare. This is a in deep review an honest review a Ture review. So, I keep seeing the advertisements for this company on IG. Asked a few people have they tried and my sister said she ordered several items from them and yes, she recommends she sent me pictures but I still was not sold. Then my cousin came to visit me and she had a backpack in the color yellow it was nice and she recommend. So ok I'll give a try. I put my 1st order in. I got the 4-piece BLUE APOLLO 2 CROCODILE SKIN LUGGAGE SET. It arrived after my trip but it was cool. I also ordered SNAKE SKIN FANNY PACK, CROSSBODY BAG, SLING BAG which was on back order. Nice set and I LOVE the color no problem. So, with the SLING BAG I checked on the back order and they informed me that it may not come back in stock "would I like to change it for something else" cool no problem, I got the APOLLO 1 SNAKESKIN DUFFLE BAGS (Reg-weekend bag) in Chocolate for my husband. Then my husband and I had another trip coming up but we did not want to do duffle bags we wanted luggage with wheels but a carry-on. Then cool I get an email from T&C it's a SALE! I'm like bet! I placed another order for the APOLLO 1 SNAKESKIN CARRY-ON LUGGAGE 1 in Chocolate one in Royal blue I ordered the snakeskin because the crocodile luggage in Royal Blue was sold out. And I wanted my set to be all Blue being it's my favorite color. ok cool the luggage arrived on time YAY! Beautiful upon arrive my husband feel in love with his set as did I with mine. So, I pack our bags, grabbed my bag by the side handle and that's where it all started. Luckily, I had the duffle bag set so I transferred my stuff to that and said I will reach out to T&C when I got back from my trip. Ok back from my trip I reach out to T&C informed the I received a damaged product what's next? Cool got an email back "We apologize but the APOLLO 1 SNAKESKIN CARRY-ON LUGGAGE in Royal Blue is sold out we can send you another one in another color. Ok but I replied for my troubles and inconvenience can you upgrade it to APOLLO 1 SNAKESKIN CARRY-ON LUGGAGE in Royal Blue size medium? Now understand I've dealt with TURE luxury brands so that's why I asked for an upgrade not only that I have enough carry-on bags so really didn't need another one at the same time I was inconvenience I also told them I will pay for the repairs myself. I got an email we have a policy and we can only send you the size you got and I'm like you don't even have the color that I have, I don't want a NON-matching set. So, after a bunch of emails. I'm pissed I've never been so pissed I spent good money with this company now you want to give me your ass to Kiss WOW. SO, I said Puck it I'll send it back give me a refund. But then you want me to PAY to ship your damage product back to you!! Really!! I'm losing more money to ship it back for a refund because I have to buy another box pay for insurance plus, they subtract shipping from my refund it just doesn't make sense/cents. I sent several emails only to not get a response. I even asked for them to just send another small one NO reply. I also request 4 call backs only to be told they don't have a call out phone! What?? I'm really big on customer service and this is not it. I'm really pissed that they want people to pay to ship damaged products back to them when they sent me a damaged product. Buy at your own risk they lost me as a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Scam directed by the Owner...
Ex Employee here. I was hired as CSR earlier this month. Day ONE on the job I noticed that there were 600+ "back orders" dated back to Jan 2023. I notified the owner and started refunding those who does not respond. The owner "Tony Rey" (google him, some Asian dude trying to be a rapper) got mad and fired me. to the best of my knowledge, there are still 500+ backorders and he intends on waiting it out or "bait & switch". I suggest just to file a complaint with your Credit Card company or email tony at totencarry

Worst customer service EVER!!! I ordered 2 backpacks and received a notice from Fedex saying they left it in the secure lock box system our building has. It was not there. We checked 4 times that day. FedEx claims their contract with Tote n carry is that the sender must file a claim before it can be resolved. I emailed Tote n carry who told me I had to wait 21 more days while they investigate. They should have replaced my paid for items and then did whatever. Not make the paying customer wait even longer. I have bought 4 items before. They took too long but I did receive them. They care NOTHING for their paying customers once they have your money!! There's no number to call for a reason. They have no interest in conducting business with integrity or in a way that benefits their customers. They've lost me as a customer. I have asked for a refund twice and have not gotten a response. They just keep repeating their ridiculous policy of "they keep my money and keep me waiting". It's their responsibility to deal with the company they pay to deliver their product. Reliable, responsible, reputable companies replace the items immediately and deal with their chosen shipping company accordingly. They do not further inconvenience their patrons. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER shop with this shady business. I'm so sorry I ever did!!!

I order a bag on 9/7 and the only communication I have received is a notification saying that a label was created. 9/22 and I've reach out to the company several times with no response. I would’ve loved to support this business, but the customer service and transparency of in stock items are extremely lacking. I ordered 8 items. The first email (came 2 weeks after my order was placed) stated 3 items were out of stock. I chose a refund and the customer service stated the rest of the items will be sent out. Over a week later, I got another email stating another item was out of stock. After inquiring about what colors were in stock and not receiving a response, I opted for a refund for this item, thinking that the rest of the items will be sent. My whole order was canceled. Trying to reach someone to discuss is impossible.

They rarely reply to emails, messages and they do not have a number to call. I’ve already reported them to the BBB. This is the worst experience ever. After no communication i reached out to them and was told The items I ordered was sold and to pick a another color/design went through this ordeal 3 times each time being told the items sold out pick something different. Mind you I had to contact them several times for updates! You are better off going somewhere else with a reputable company that actually has items in stock and communicates. Tote & Carry is a HORRIBLE company
I'm always looking for Black-owned companies to support and recommend to my friends. However, dealing with Tote & Carry and its customer service has been awful. If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. The complaints are too numerous, but I will give you a few.
1. Customer Service response to emails takes a very long time and they never reply to your chat messages. As I type this review, I have been waiting 25 minutes for them to respond to my chat.
2. Placing your order for items showing in stock.
3. They take your money and then let you know days, if not a week later, that the items are not in stock.
4. When they do ship you your items, they ship them to the incorrect address and want to charge you for them to send out a replacement item.
5. Shipping costs are outrageous. However, I'm willing to pay if I get my items.
6. No way to contact them other than via email.
Do not, I repeat, do not order from this company. Find another Black-owned business to support that understands customer service, and not just thinking about your money.
