Laptop bag & custom luggage tag.

I purchased a laptop bag with a custom name tag on 2/24/26. Idk what kinda Temu shipping company they used. It def was not the post office. Ever since they sent me the track I been tracking the item to make sure I don’t miss the delivery at work. The package for the laptop bag never showed up, the id tag came few weeks later.. even tho it kept saying delivered. I sent emails and tried to call right away and didn’t hear back from them for weeks. When they responded they asked me if im sure I never received the item and to send pics of my office etc all of which I sent so they can do their investigation. Till this day I still haven’t heard back from them regarding my package. The phone number they have is some stupid phone that rings and tell u leave a message and nobody gets back to you. Customer service is absolute shit! I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from these ppl again. This level of service is ridiculous. It’s been almost a month since I responded to their email and almost 2 months trying to get this issue resolved.

Poor Design

I purchased a roller duffle bag to use on a vacation.The design is terrible,there is no protection from scrapes and drag marks at the bottom of the bag when bag is standing upright. Only 2 small stands,legs, holder etc whatever you want to call them. They do nothing to prevent any damage on the bottom when the bag is packed. The bag drags terribly with only 30 lbs. inside. I'm so disappointed and left with damaged luggage. I have purchased at least 10 different sets and items because I so loved your luggage,after this problem I doubt I'll buy again. I was told I'm not entitled to a replacement. Wow,show me how you really care! You have lost a valuable customer Thank you

Outstanding Product and Customer Service

It is unfortunately rare that I make an online purchase and receive a product that exceeds my expectations. I bought the Signature Weekender Duffle bag and I was totally impressed that it arrived within 4 days, came in a great storage bag and the actual product was amazing. I travelled with it and it accommodated all of my carry on items, was easy to carry over the shoulder and easy to roll.

The quality of the product is very well designed and well crafted. I had a slight issue that once reported was handled and resolved quickly without a lot of delay or back and forth. The responsiveness is great, the follow through is excellent and I appreciate how they stand by the quality of their product.

I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again and definitley for gift giving. I am happy to fully endorse Tote and Carry and refer to my friends.

I purchase xmas on Nov 28th on the bogo sale. I reached out for an updated. No tracking just a order confirmation. The number does not work and the email is AI. Customer service is bad. I've purchased in past with no problem. Last purchase with this company. If I ever get my merchandise.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

Received a luggage set in September as a gift, just used it this week for the first time and it started to peel, tried to contact customer service about replacement but they don't respond. Poor customer service means they dont give a damn about their customers and they don't want to honor their "warranty" My first and last purchase with them.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a luggage set that was delivered to someone else’s house December 4th and today is December 9th. I’ve emailed multiple times everyday, called the customer service number, texted the number they provided still no response. The chat icon on the site doesn’t even work. They’re just ignoring me. To say the customer service is bad is an understatement. Do not buy from them

I was once a big supporter of Tote N…

I was once a big supporter of Tote N Carry, having purchased sets for myself and gifts for others. I’ve experienced everything from poor customer service to preordering only to have the item discontinued - but the most egregious is around the quality of their rollers. I have 4 rollers (2 large, 1 medium and 1 small) and EVERY SINGLE ONE has failed me. I travel for real and I really wanted a full matching set. Broken wheels, broken undercarriage, faulty zippers, hardware falling off, handles coming unstitched - the works. These bags may be esthetically pleasing but they are hardly functional. And despite my consistent support, I’m out $$$ and no guarantee from the company on their product. All of my bags are less than 3 years old and because they only “guarantee” before 1 year I am SOL. What kind of company can’t stand behind their products? Terrible!

Horrible experience start to finish…

Horrible experience start to finish Purchased in a BOGO promotion now I understand why they NEED that promotion. Kept it bagged until night before travel broken zipper when opened. Sent an email they replied they would replace, no need to return. Here is the kicker I need to pay 20$ for the shipping.???? I’m inconvenienced you do t even want it back and I should pay to ship. No Thank you!!! Lesson learned and they are not BBB Accredited..Ya Think check the reviews FIRST Next time!

Just throw it in the Bag

Im a new loyal customer to the brand. The website is user friendly. When its comes to quality, light speed delivery, great prices and wide selection. Tote&carry checks off all my boxes. There staff is friendly and professional. They have the best sales.

They did not honor their warranty

I purchased a backpack and I purchased in October 1923 the stitching is coming out out of the backpack and I have not even used it 15 times and I’ve never stuffed it heavy. It’s in brand new condition and at first I was told that’s not manufacturer malfunction and then after a second reaching out to them, I was told that I missed the five year warranty by two months they do not stand behind their material. There’s no reason the stitching should’ve come out of this backpack for the cost that I paid for it and to be used so a few times and very carefully used I keep it in the dust bag.

I bought a backpack purse for my daughter which it looked more of a backpack for school, so I began the process in returning. I knew I was going out of town, so i reached out to the company numerous of times. They stated sending me a return label, never received it, so they stated the label on the package I received can be used to return the item. I did exactly that, now they are saying they never received it, where UPS shows it was and til this day I'm fighting for my money. I even broke down and said half of refund, still nothing. Customer service is the worst, no contact person, the email says the same thing. This has taught me a lesson, only order from who you know.

Don’t honor warranty and customer service is horrible

First I had built up several hundreds of reward points I tried to place an order and use the reward points and I was unable to because the item was on sale, but they still deducted the points for me and when I emailed them and ask them to return them, they’re only reply was you can’t use rewards on sale items they never did return the points for me to use. My backpack the stitching is coming out and I emailed them and they said that that is not a manufacturer defect and will not honor the warranty. This backpack has been barely used. I would not say 20 times and it’s never been with heavy items.

The products are nice but...

While the products are very nice...my shopping experience was extremely soured by constant issues with FedEx as the shipper. Had 3 different orders, all 3 were delayed for over a week. To make it worse, in 2 of the 3 orders I wanted custom name tags which weren't created due to a restriction on what numbers/letters aren't allowed. Had I not been in touch with customer svc about the shipping issues, I wouldn't have known why the tags weren't shipped yet! My 1st order was the white Apollo1 XL duffle which didn't have the inside mesh pockets as shown online. My 2nd order was the black Apollo which DOES have mesh pockets!!! Why?!? Again, the bags are nice but the shopping experience really lacked based on all these problems. Customer service was very helpful in email follow ups but to offer only 10% off my next order isn't useful. Maybe apply that discount to the current order and give me a refund cuz I'm hesitant to even order again at all after this.

Tote and Carry Closet

My entire closet wall is lined with tote and carry bags. I'm in the military so I don't wear them every day but trust they slay at church or evening outtings And I use the jelly duffle for my duty weekend. They work for any occasion and are functional. I need a sponsorship 😀 lol. But really great quality bags 🎒 👌.
