The return policy is horrible. They don't respond. They didn't send the return label as they promised. They added a return fee even though I paid extra at the time of purchase to void that fee in the case of a return. I have sent many emails and only the chat bot responds. Very disapointing!

I brought a set of luggage and a duffle bag and all were cheap quality. Zipper broke on all the products. I didn't use item a lot at all. Poor customer service, it’s hard to reach out to them.

I have purchased a few items from Tolten Cary in the past with no problems. They are not as expensive as some places can be, but they are pricey.I see them as being of a high caliber and having good quality products. I ordered a kettle bell purse with a handle at the top and backpack attachment April 2024. Because of its size and cuteness I opted to wait until the summertime to start utilizing the purse. After about a month, from when I started using the purse, the top handle started tearing away a thread line and I could see the red underneath it. I reached out to the company. They told me they have a 30 day policy, I explained I did not start using it before 30 days expired, I also explained that I am a returning customer that have bought a few things from them in the past, but all of that fell on deaf ears and they refused to exchange my purse for a new one. I was extremely disappointed.

If you're thinking about buying from Tote&Carry and you're even slightly unsure whether you'll keep all the items DON'T DO IT. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. Good luck trying to reach a real person. I’ve tried multiple times with no success. And forget about getting a refund it's like they disappear as soon as they have your money. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere with actual support and return policies.

I requested a refund and reported them to BBB. My refund better be processed soon or they will be sued. Also, they are no longer black owned, they ship from China, and orders take forever. After almost 5 days of attempting to make contact through email, text (909) 280-0362 and on their " Contact us" link on their support page to follow up on a return request and a label that I was required me to pay for...I have had no reply.
I BOUGHT 8 SWEATSUITS IN LARGE...the pants DO NOT EVEN COME PASS MY LEG and I usually wear a medium. So I was sadly disappointed...
As of today I have no email with the label I paid a $15.34 fee for a return as promised...I just want some communication to get my return label and a refund for a flawed design of the sweat pants.
Terrible Customer Service/ Deceptive Marketing
My mother is still awaiting a shipping status after a week and two other friends have said the same for a longer period of time. I'm seeing multiple customers complain about not receiving their orders. Seems like you guys are not shipping your product. Bad for business and a perfect storm for a class action suit. Sad to see the customer service has dwindled to this after being a supporter since 2019 (plus over 15+ items purchased).
Can't keep asking customers to buy, when you haven't shipped the initial product. Plus you keep pushing to the Black/African American Market heavy but this company is no longer Black Owned. Not cool at all!
P.S Hiding customer complaints and comments on your social media will not solve your service issue. Do better!
Don’t Even Bother
So, I placed my order, right? Back on April the 20th. Received that little order number, #TC315046, and then... crickets.
Radio silence. You know how it is when you're expecting that little bit of joy to arrive, that thing you thoughtfully chose? Yeah, well, that isn’t happening over here.
I even took the time out of my precious schedule to send a couple of emails, hoping for a human connection, a real response. But what did I get? Some AI-generated nonsense. You know, the kind that sounds like it learned English from a dusty old textbook. Child, please.
And the phone number on their website? Don't even get me started. It just rings and rings into the void. It's giving "we don't actually want to talk to you."
Now, the audacity of it all? They boldly state on their site that orders ship out within one to two business days. Honey, April the 20th was a whole minute ago in internet time. My package should have been on its way, doing its little journey to my doorstep. But nothing!
This whole experience has been... underwhelming, to say the least. It's giving unprofessional, it's giving "we don't value your coins." So, let me just say this plain and clear: this is my first and absolutely my last time gracing this establishment with my business. They have successfully fumbled the bag. Consider this my official "nah, sis, don't even bother" review.

My first couple of orders were great. Quality of my bags were great but the exchange/ return process is terrible. They gave me a pickup option and no one showed up to pick up the items. I then brought my items to a fedex and had to track my own delivery. They never confirmed they received my items and it's now been 2 weeks later, 3 emails with no response and I still don't have a refund for my $200. My original plan was to do an exchange for the duffle bag I originally wanted but now I'm rethinking that. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

The bag itself is BEAUTIFUL but the customer service is terrible! I wanted a name tag and they gave me charms instead. I contacted customer service and it must have been a robot because it kept repeating stuff that was irrelevant. But I finally got in touch with the real person. Too long to ship; Items do not match what you order
I ordered from this company first time in 2022. I had a great experience. Now I ordered from them during one the flash sales in January 2025. I got my tracking number for one of my items. I received the order the beginning of February 2025. It was not the design that I ordered. I emailed customer service and they had me send in pictures. I sent in the pictures. They sent me a return slip. I returned the item. Today, March 18, 2025 I received my supposed to be corrected order. Wrong, it still the same wrong bag. I have numerous emails between them, the AI response thing. With all the emails it was said that they updated the design but did not update the website and do not know when they will be able to update the website. The other item I ordered back in January with the emails it came out that it was a preorder and will not be available until April. The thing is that according to their own website it was not a preorder item nor on back order. I did bring it to their attention so I am waiting for my item and for them to email me about the wrong item. Although I love my other bag, I will not be supporting this business anymore. This is just too much and I have been way to patient.

Package protection has proven to be ineffective in my case. My package was never delivered, and the tracking information has not been updated since February 2, 2025. It’s clear that the package was either lost or stolen, yet the company has failed to address this. Despite multiple emails to customer service, in which I was told a replacement package would be sent, I have received no further communication or resolution. As a result, I now have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. As much as I wanted to continue supporting this company, this experience has left me with no confidence in their service, and I will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered a brown duffle set , I used it for the first time on Jan 19th 2025 while at the airport & the duffel bag ripped! I contacted Tote &Carry and they did respond advising that they would replace the items with a black set as the brown was not in stock, I agreed. I paid for packaging & returned the defective items. I tracked my return & received confirmation that Tote&Carry received my return on Jan 31 2025… I have heard nothing from them on the shipment of my exchange after reaching out to them by text & email more than 5 times! Absolutely the worst customer service!! Stay away from this company! They’re thieves!
